Disappointing start for me (as usual)
Poels, Viviani and Ulissi did their jobs but Woods, Ewan and Mccarthy were big let downs.
I was hoping Harper could do something as a cheap rider but he only scored 20 and my cheap 4 point riders did nothing.
Oh well, role on the real start of the season. I'll update the table later today (hopefully)

League Table Updated
Congrats to Lord Di Lego on his win and bonus points. Having finished second for the first two years, and 4th last year, could this be the year he moves to the top of the overall standings.
A good solid start for last years bronze medalist Freitas while Ian Russell looms a bit further back in 15th. Defending champion Ember has made a slow start with 3 points but at least his title defence is off the mark.

Congratulations mr Di Lego, you are truly a great Velogames player! Always up there. Your team is always the first one I check after the race starts lol.
I started off with a 4th place which is decent, considering I didnt really know ambitions or forms beforehand. |

Thank you all for the congratulations! Although I think you might mostly still be remembering my results from a couple of years back, Timo. Ringo's Championship didn't exist yet, so it feels like that doesn't fully count. Like an epic ride that doesn't go up on Strava. 
Looking back at this year's TDU, my team wasn't even that close to being optimal, so I'm a little surprised at my high placement. I guess I was right on several of the key decisions.
I missed out on Sanchez, Bevin crashed out of the GC and the sprinters did fine, even though there were slightly superior picks. Mainly it was Haas and McCarthy not carrying their weight though.
Either way, a win here and a 24th overall isn't too shabby at all. Onwards to the part of the season where my results have been very unstable, early spring and the dreaded Giro. 
Congrats as well to the remaining podium placers in our league, Clamel and Gustavovskiy.

Congrat Lord to the win.
A bit sad that Caleb messed up myself. It would have been enough for me to take this race since I see the good Lord didn't pick the Aussie Rocket.
But that's part of the game. 
Well I take a 2nd with great joy after a dismal last year. 
The battle whos got most wins tightens up.

Yeah, there is no season calendar at this point so I guess we'll just have to keep an eye on the site for updates. I assume the Paris-Nice, Tirreno-Adriatico, Cataluna, Pais Vasco and Spring Classics will be going ahead as normal in the next month or so. It's usually a busy time of year.

The Paris Nice is up and running. It appears he's cleared his system following the hacking incident so you will need to set up a new account to play. Please can you use the same name as you used previously so I can match you up with any points earned at the TDU.
His calendar seems to suggest the Tour de France may be off the calendar again, which is a shame.
