Summary: Slap in the face. 88th minute heartbreaker. We mustered 15 shots (six on target) and still couldn't find the back of the net.

Summary: Narrowly squeaked this one out. Ryan Charles with the winner by lurking on the far post to nod in a header during a mad scramble off a corner.
Rating: 7.1 - I was the one who whipped in the cross. You never know what can happen when you put the ball in danger zone. I might not have gotten the assist, but I created the scoring chance.
Player of Game: Matt McFarlane, Witham (9.0)
Match Day #15 at Romford (3-4-8) Romford is on a six-game winless streak.

Summary: Training ground set pieces contributed to Witham's first two goals. A 59th red card looked like it sealed the deal, but a breakaway goal for Danny Watson made things interesting until David Roberts put the ball into his own net.
Rating: 8.9 - A perfect cross on a corner led to Jack Cresswell scoring the first goal. I also helped in the build up on the other two goals.

- Stats are bumped up in FM when they hit that number, ex. 2.9 = 2 in-game, and 13.4 = 13 stat in-game.
- The decimal numbers will remain hidden.
- There is a threshold for each stat when more points are needed to increase that stat. It's start off on a 1-to-1 scale where 1 point equals 1 stat upgrade. However, the scales get exponentially further and further apart the closer that stat gets to the maximum of 20. The increasing scale will also remain a mystery and is different from the cycling progression scale.

From Downtown: Marcus Diamond has developed the "shoots from distance" player trait after last month's success.
Agent?: The winter football transfer window is approaching fast and Marcus is starting to get noticed by the few scouts that attend Isthmian League games. An agent could help negotiate and sort through football and cycling offers. Plus, numerous other perks.
This is a big step to take and expensive, especially if teams look the other way and don't pursue Marcus. Yet, if Marcus ever wants to make it big, this is a necessary step to stardom. But, is now the right time to pull the trigger and hire an agent... yes or no?

Look at agents, but don't necessarily hire one if possible?
Bigger teams can hire him on a free with just 6 months left so it could be worth having a look to see if there are any agents about, but depending on the terms the agents want it might not be worth it until he is at a higher level or on a better wage.
+5 Teamwork, let's make sure that the teammates are firmly on his side after the shaky start of being injured at the start of the season if his recent performances haven't been enough to convince them already.

My first professional cycling season is in the books. It went by pretty quick, but then again, I only raced 32 days. Much of that had to do with a pair of injuries that I sustained — a gashed leg and a fractured wrist.
Hopefully, next season I'll stay healthy and get some more races in. Overall, I think it was a good first season. Although, I wish I could have won my first race.
