The CT division has now their race planners in the dropbox folder.
If you are missing, you either haven`t finished the race selection part or have no dropbox yet. Hence those 4 managers got a PM by me to get this step done as well.
PCT manager need to wait a bit until the wildcard process is finished.
The Race Planner now includes your race selection and gives you the opportunity to fill your rider squads for those. As it`s individual planners, please only add to those races shown and don`t start to add numbers to hidden race coloumns, as you don`t take part there and would make it just more difficult for us.
Instructions
1. From the DB take the ID, rider names, and race day allowances, and add them to the planner file.
2. If you're planning on training, add it to the DB, run the macro (CTRL+SHIFT+O) and take the updated race day allowance!
Then your race planner is ready to go.
General race planner instructions (Recommended for new or forgetful managers)
Spoiler This will look something like this:
To fill in a rider's schedule, put a 1 in the column for each race you want them to ride. It should look something like this:
Note: This planner is simply an example, nothing 2018 season related
Column EP and Cells A/D3 will warn you if you have sent a rider to more races than they have race days for. This updates automatically.
Column ES and Cells A/D2 will warn you if a rider is being sent to more than one race at the same time. This only updates when you click the 'Check Race Clashes' button. Once you have clicked that button, wait until a Text Box prompt appears telling you that the check has been completed. You can also check which races clash in the Calendar excel file, or in the Race Profiles forum.
Rows 36 and 37 show how many riders you have sent to a race. The team size is 8 for every race except some of the TT classics, which are 3 maximum. Remember that you must send at least 6 riders to each races to participate in those.
PCT teams should remember the limits on rider strength for lineups they send to C2 races.
Alternatives
If you can't open .xlsm files, an .xls version can be provided - without any of the macros.
Submitting
When completed, upload to dropbox with the same name as uploaded "PCT_TeamName" or "CT_TeamName" and PM ManGame-Admin to say it is there. |

A nice reminder, that 2 teams are yet to post their C1C2 Race Selection and hence don`t have a race planner yet.
Please do so as soon as possible as actual deadline passed already. |

All PCT teams will find their race planners now in the dropbox.
Please check if you got your wildcards right according to the wildcard announcement thread.
Then enjoy the planning! |

You've put Spar's planner in Sauber's folder, Probably because my teams 3 letter code is SPR, Spar might not actually have access to there planner at the moment.

Thanks for the fast info.
Should be the only mistake I hope. |

Is there a new DB yet? I want to be sure I got the race days after training right.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

You can use the transfers DB, add your trainings and then CTRL+SHIFT+O.
OVL and race days will change then according to it. |

PT races seem to cost race days, or am I doing something wrong? |

Quickest fix: Change the cost of the race to 0, in the top column.

Other stuff:
- Vuelta a Colombia is missing its final stage.
- I got a horrible race clash in februari with 7 races clashing from Middle East till Viana do Castelo. I'll get it sorted if I have to, but just wanna check if others have the same problem
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Word though as some of those were already fixed normally.
No access right now. |

I have 6 starting from Middle East to Viana do Castelo, including a triple clash which is the most worrying

The calendar is a bit evil in February with multiple clashes depending upon your band and race choices.

Find it surprising that folks are mentally ready to commit to bands without a full calendar reveal and hence understanding potential race clashes!
Certainly looks good though.
Look at flags, look at profiles, done
Regretting this approach a little now Oli!

Hehehehe, it's even true as Omloop is one of the clashing races
But I can handle a triple clash, wouldn't raise the point if it was just that. But it's Middle East connecting with Pologne that makes it awkward, because that makes the first triple clash interfere with the second triple clash
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Managing to enter clashing C1 cobbled races as a CT team isn't the smartest bit of planning I've ever done, still should be fun trying to work out a way of scoring from both of them.
Found a nice little triple clash in June aswell in my planner but luckily they are all different terrains so would have seen largely different squads if not clashing anyway.
I've not messed up anywhere else though as far as I can tell so far.
Now the draft is done and I know my full squad I can look to do a HQ post or 2 and start my planning.

Just to double check as I don't see it answered but this is meant to be 3?
If so I can change it in my file but want to check first before I assign extra riders there that could ride another classic if not.
