This is not boring stage. Tempo has been grazy. Thomas-Froome has just Kwiatek/ Bernal left on 42 to go.
It definitely isn't but the tactics of Lotto are boring. They should have let Sky crack their men on that for them to have a chance to WIN the Tour.
