He said, that Froome shouldn't have started after the Salbutamol case. "Yes, of course he's cleared, but you still could've decided to not let him start."
He thinks that the dominance of sky is just a bit too much. He said, thjat sky brutalized the other teams and overall if you're german, you can listen a bit between the lines, where he's basically saying, that he thinks they're doped. Obviously, he can't just say it out loud, but maybe some other germans here can testify this.
Don`t think it`s as much as you said but goes into the direction a bit.
But mainly the expert LeClercq and not the actual commentators.
Their saying more is to a question by some post why ESP is not talking about the doping case, that while it`s obviously not ideal situation, Froome was cleared and hence everyone must accept this and also ESP commentators won`t start to talk different.
The commentator and the expert afterwards talked about all the confusing things and that it`s a money thing while small riders from small teams would surely have gotten the ban due to not spending millions of euros.
Following was a discussion if it shouldn`t be more equal in general as Nibali as well said recently with some salary cap to avoid such dominant teams.
But I didn`t hear them saying that Sky basically was doping, also not between the lines as also didn`t hear them saying that they shouldn`t let him start. Basically their saying was opposite, that due to the clearance it`s fine to start.
I'm watching the ARD livestream. I didn't hear stuff about Nibali or the money cap. Didn't know that ESP is also broadcasting it.

No Greipel, Gaviria, Groenewegen or Cavendish now damn. Demare and Sagan must be pretty pleased.
Just wait some minutes and Sagan will be more pleased.. Demare was with Greipel

Also, I just calculated a bit around. If the time limit is around 30mins(what could be expected) and looking at the current pace of the field and the gruppetto, it could well be, that we lose Demare, Kristoff and Degenkolb as well. :/

@Paul: Well, ESP is the place to watch the Tour imo. Can`t stand these ARD guys while ESP showing it all. |

Really? ARD livestream has no ad breaks, with Wegmann and Voß, they have brilliant ex-pros as co-commentators and the main commentators are also quite good this year.

Degenkolb said, that today, we should have the same time limit as yesterday, eventhough the stage is longer.

Yes, the ad breaks are true.
But I prefer Leclerc a lot over Wegmann and Voss. Mainly later I can`t stand as expert.
ESP might be older guys and Leclerc was a 70/80s rider and not in the modern times, but imo it`s better.
Though taste is different of course. Guess if you like the ARD experts, you might prefer to stay there. |

Well said. Also a main fact is, that i don't have a TV. Maybe I just got used to the ARD stream.

I'm sticking to ESP because it's tradition. Plus they sometimes have stupid arguments where LeClerq doesn't want to answer questions or doesn't accept the questions, which is funny.

So far not. Same as yesterday with Nibali. They just help Sky with their tactic.
