Order according to team ranking, where Sky is second last due to the crash in the opening stage. |

It's based on Teams Classification. Since most of Sky lost time on stage 1 they're far down there.

If Quickstep finishes 2 secs behind BMC does that mean Phil is in yellow or GVA? |

Doesn't matter, because they won't sadly.

GVA kind of casually rode himself into yellow |

This went better than expected, nice to see Greg in yellow again, will be interesting to see if Quickstep trio or Thomas will put in a fight at Mur de Bretagne. Or as Kirchen said, fierce battle for new time bonifications.
Biggest nice surprise for me is EF Drapac, as i fancy and support Uran at least for another podium
Bora also good, not great gaps in top20 really

I really hope Sky won't make Bernal ride for the GC here. Riding the Tour de France for the GC at the age of 21 doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Riding the Tour de France at all at the age of 21 doesn't seem a good idea to me

We should ALL hold in for a second and appreciate it that GVA is in yellow now because the alternative would be Tejay van Garderen and no one would want to see that GC wannabee in maillot jaune, talking about how a dream came true…
Quite some time loss for Movistar, AG2R and Bahrain. At least all are close together now. Good thing Porte and Froome lost time actually, since there is nothing more lame than GC advantage gained solely through TTT yawn

Only if he shows more panache, which is pretty easy given how he had none at all last year.

Let see now how Tom Dumoulin can manage this gain, he is in a very good position now, but I don't totally believe him that says he is in his best shape ever

Did he say that? Interesting. Major Tom usually talks like a drunk, always honest and usually too much. Hope it's true and we can prepare for some dumoulition.
