Yep, He also made the mistake prior to crash and dropped to some 15th-20th place in the bunch, which is most dangerous. Quickstep not so perfect today, they should control from first row.

Strange, I always thought that was an automatic order race jersey > green > mountains > young rider > wc/nat > normal jersey

Is it just me or does the Tour collect the most crashes in the final kilometers of every Grand Tour? Nevertheless, it's still curious to anticipate the winner of the stage, and in this case it was open until the final meters, Colbrelli with a super acceleration there. Sagan secures a good advantage for green today. |

Fav moment: when Kirby declared Greipel as the favourite with some 500 meters to go lol what a tool How can you watch so much cycling and still have no idea about the riders.

Greipel oficially does does not have it to win a Tour stage, no chance anymore against Sagan, Gaviria, Demare, Dylan and Kittel...

Colbrelli did great, probably fancied a slightly uphill finish.

Bah, another typical TdF finish with a late crash to blow every fun.
Sagan win after a stupid early opener from Demare. Also QuickStep didn't play that proper. If Alaphilippe would have lead out Richeze they would have had a decent shot at a top 3 atleast.
Richeze was down in that crash that blocked Nando. Alaphilippe was alone with Phil. No chance vs sprinters
True, my bad. I thought it was Richeze pushing for a leadout as if he didn't know what happened. It was Gilbert instead.

Czech commentators and experts are wondering why Gilbert was not led-out by Alaphilippe so he could beat sprinters

Hopefully Colbrelli gets a stage win, he was close last year a few times and he has no gt wins so far. It's time to change that even though focus will be on Nibali naturally.

Nice try by Colbrelli, but a reduced sprint is where Sagan is the best. |

Alaphilippe was doing what? Strange opening with 400ms to go.
I dont agree this was not fun, you have to adapt and this was at least interesting because it was not standard sprint of bunch.
I disagree... When things get's chaotic and no one have their leadout Sagan wins 9/10. That isn't really interesting.
Also this is the green jersey give-away. Gaviria had a small chance, as did Bling. Now that jersey is uninteresting, and only Sagan abandoning the race will chance that.
The TTT tomorrow will be interesting.

So Sagan in near of yellow maybe until 10th stage, not bad.
As far as BORA will not mess up TTT

Sagaaan!
And Sagan back in yellow after his 2016 stint, Not likely to stay in yellow tomorrow with the TTT, probably a BMC rider or Thomas

Depends what you find interesting, matter of taste.
