So, apparently Egan Bernal is scheduled to race the Tour in support of (presumably) Froome, in a last minute turn of events.

Morons, you'll ruin him for the rest of the season.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I can already see Bernal being ordered back like Froome was in 2012

Bernard Hinault, the man with one of the biggest mouths in cycling! I've given up paying any real attention to what he's saying. Plus his arguments and campaigns against drugs testing when he was a rider, and against re-testing old samples, really don't sit well with me. He's happy to criticise others, but as soon as anyone turns any light on him he gets nasty. Plus he has a brilliant track record of hypocracy and just being a fool. (as you can tell, i'm not a fan)

Knowing Betancur's poor attitude that got him sacked by AG2R, no wonder why he isn't staying in one place for long time. He'd be licky if he gets call from Continental Team

I like it. What ever is the backround, it's always great to hear somebody saying that your are also thinking. Froome should not have started that Giro, ok he did..great. ASO should not him start TdF before case is solved.
If Giro says it find for them to delete winner name (have done that before). But this is not fine for TdF..they have got lot more shit in past decade. |

If it was someone who either had ridden clean or had owned up to their mistakes and was actively trying to solve the problem i'd care far more. Hinault doesn't do any of that, so he can take his opinion and shove it somewhere dark.
If Hinault wants to talk about the Tour route, i'm in. He wants to discuss the riders confirmed going, i'm in. Anything but doping i'll listent to him!
And i've said it before, but i'll say it again. Because it's an AAF it doesn't carry an immediate suspension, and Froome can still prove his innocence to WADA and the UCI at his hearing.
Banning an innocent rider opens up serious problems for RCS or ASO, especially when that rider is a major favourite to win. Froome and Sky would be able to sue massively for lost winnings, lost sponsorship visiblity and reputation damage. And you know they would!
(Granted that requires Froome to prove his innocence and get his name cleared, which is a tough thing to do).

If I have Tinkoff money and mentality. I should sue Sky and Froome today..for damaging cycling as a sport reputation.
For me Giro (race I love) ended with that "Epic" ride. I think I am not only one.
How long it takes to solve this case (Uliissy was banned really fast)..how long we can mock cycling fans with Sky money?
Brailsford and Sky acting pretty much as Lance did with UCI and WADA and with several others. I have money and power. You wont dare to touch me. |

I agree that Froome can prove his innocence, but UCI should put a time limit when you are able to submit your documentation where you argue it
And it mustn't be months
