I think the new format is brilliant. Huge improvement over the lottery we had in the past.

I don't like it. The "lottery" is what made these races fun. Now, we might just give the jersey to the strongest rider of the country and save ourselves some time.

Agreed DobbelDekker. The NC's in the past was just a joke really, now it's good racing and you can really benefit by being a strong team in the NC's but before it was just about getting in the early breakaway and nothing more.
I absolutely love it! |

Ponzi win too. Great to have won two major NCs
I like the new format aswell. Very nice that most of the NCs are favourites!

Damn, Reimer would have been awesome if he got the NC this year.
Congrats Selwink! |

Steven Burke, what a hero! One of my worthless guy stepped out from the shadow finally. Unfortunately, he shone in most likely last race in our colours.
Regarding to German NC, doesn´t mean much, but a bit strange to see all my guys racing in Fablok jersey

Nice to see Fiedler take his chronic home TT title. Congratulations Selwink on the RR victory!
Only Ukraine left for us I guess. Thanks for all the reports, you guys.

Germany with some solid showing.
~5-10 with Thurau in the RR and Barth in the TT. Can`t ask for better.
Villella just outside the top10 in Italy is okay.
Netherlands were outside chances due to depth. The team was working hard but neither Dekker nor Olivier were able to surprise the stronger puncheurs.
Keizer therefore smashed it in the ITT and dominated.
Dumoulin in 3rd also very nice while Dekker/Boom were a bit behind.
But good to see my team having at least one NC jersey next year, even if it`s just the smaller ITT one. |

Wow, Paterski! An unexpected on-merit victory, for a rider who has been in the team for 6 seasons now.
The hill route is a bit too formulaic, and could probably do with being longer - but it is more regularly producing a winner that was not the top favourite, now.

We are literally cursed, Kwiat was far and away the best rider in that race and was still beaten, following Poland's 2nd best sprinter losing a two-up sprint last year.
I don't get how our guys still underperform this season, even when literally unbeatable.

Disappointed that we didnt even contest for the RR race, but good to win the TT with Bodnar

If some one / people have some spare time, we could do with having a list of champions. Like in last year's thread: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1233067

Thrilling finish to the German RR, former Kraftwerk beating current Kraftwerk by the width of a 7 inch single

Why is Kolev - our cobbles talent with no real backups - still one of our best riders this season?
Nice 3rd place by him, better was impossible so really good riding.

Why did Hristov have to win ahead of Grashev?

Dammit team - that was not the plan!
You were supposed to just cruise Manninen into the jersey and have the Finnish champ in a main role next season
Tiainen just made contract negotiations more complicated. Could 2018 be the first season without the Finnish NC on my team?
At least the best TT'er took that jersey back.

Looks like Manninen (with a safe contract) wanted to deliver his leadout a new contract this way. |

I would have hoped he would want a proper leadout-man in stead
