As we wait for the final race of the Classics Season, Tour de Romandie has opened for entries. Good luck chosing your team, because the scores are going to give you a hell of a headache. |

It will be close. Always wanted to win Spring Classics - favourite races of the year and plenty of complications with the transfers. Think I've gone close 3 times before... either way another good competition this year!

You most definitely got it this time, Ian Kudos for bringing in both Bardet and Kreuziger, feels like you would've won it even if Vanendert would have hanged on for 4th place |

Don't think I would've got it if Vanendert held on not sure even with him dropping to 11th...close finish (again!)
Had to gamble on bringing in people you didn't have and cross the fingers...

Just a matter of 40 points between Ian and ember, congratulations to both. Jumped to 3rd in what was a rather unusual lucky gamble from me after swapping Kwiatkowski for Bardet and adding Kreuziger/Gasparotto mid-week. Really happy since the Classics Season is by far the most difficult, but it was a really fun month. |

I was second before ardennes classics came where I fucked it up especially with ignoring Wellens and I lost a touch with you top guys. However never expected to end in TOP 10 in classics - my best result so far considering classics are the most difficult.
Chapeu to @ian russel, @ember and @freitasPCM. Well played its hard to beat you I enjoyed this classics game with all of you PCM guys.
Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

Benoot instead of Wellens for my last rider was my main mistake, but all in all a decent result.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Thanks folks and well done to all, it was another closely fought, high quality Daily league! Really pleased to finally take the Spring Classics, the one I've wanted to win above all else and come so close to on a few occasions. It all hung in the balance as Vanendert attacked, in every sense, and could've so easily gone either way.

Well done, congratulations, Ian! Hanging on to Kwiatkowski proved costly for me, as I wanted to swap him for Bardet before Fleche, but decided not to as Kwiatkowski is a rider who can shine out of nowhere. Then the same thought process before LBL yesterday
The Romandie game is also opened, and it looks like there's quite a lot of interesting options there, just after a quick glance. |

The Ardennes races pulled me up to finally finish 19th from the 30s. Keeping hold of the subs through the cobbles worked out well in the end. Congrats to Ian and hopefully this kick-starts my so-far stuttering season

Congrats Ian. Table will be updated in next couple of days. Ian has taken the lead back unsurprisingly.
In other news I held on to 25th place to pick up a whole 2 points

Same mistake here. I thought Henao might be for FW then Kwiatkowski for LBL but it seems his form had genuinely dropped off. He has won big in the past (T-A this year) then cruised for a few months afterwards but last year he was more consistent in the Ardennes so I daren't take him out!
Anyway congrats to you Ember, plenty of double bonus points inside the top 50, it was very close indeed.

What a dramatic final races in Spring Classics for me. After Scheldeprijs I went downhill faster than Nibali in Lombardia 2015

Congrats Ian, another win for you and extending your lead in the table.
Another rubbish classics season for me. I've never been able to do it correctly. Made too many changes during the cobbled classics and left with little changes for the hilly ones. Disappointed in Dan Martin and Kwiatkowski's results. Also have no idea why I decided to go with Benoot rather than Wellens.
Hoping for a good Romandie. |

GG Ian, well deserved. I could not defend my title unfortunately. Made some wrong choices, all in all didn't do really bad but not good enough.
Goodluck all for Romandie, already crunching my brain... |
