I give up. No chance in hell are we ever going to win this race. Spilak have been the number one stage favorit in 6 stages or so this far, have gotten 2nd and 3rd at best. Now also gifting Taaramäe time... he will end up 3rd behind Phinney and Taaramäe in the end which will leave him with his hands cut off within this team.

Considering his stats he really is a pathetic rider.

And again we are passive like hell. Why not just try something?

Not really nice for us seeing Yates beeing up there fighting for the stage and getting time on Wellens but he should get a bigger gap in the mountains again.

Lövkvist and Cort Nielsen in that first group is good this time, we have 5 guys top 50 ATM which is nice.

Ugh, that downhill should never be long enough to let MvS get back ahead and give up your good position. About the 10th time this season that Demare doesn't care to stay in the front leading up to a select sprint. And the one time he did won't make up for that.
Not even gonna talk about the winning move.

knockout
Ugh. Winning the sprint is good but having that trio ahead sucks of course.

Thanks for the congrats for last stage. Also Phinney right behind is bad for the points jersey Sad
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Lol, nice win for roturn but how can guys like Yates, Taaramae and Dekker win this stage with hill stats of 75-78? This game is puzzling to say the least. Nice to see Hermans being so active. Unfortuante to always have Lutsenko aroun dhim though,
my riders will never get far away enough with him in it, bit annoying tbh.

Yates Rolling Eyes No chance for the U25 win here. Haig loses time on flat stages and Yates delivers big time. At least HaHaas finally showed up for a while.

What a stage stage 10 was! Thought we were out of it seeing no mention of Guldhammer, but luckily he turned up with his name in the right group with 10 kilometers left. Big relief! And with that, his quest for a top 10 looks good, as there's a decent gap down now.

Another weird hilly stage for stage 11. Yates is having a crazy good Tour, overperforming again, which is kind of worrying, as he really is a rider Guldhammer should beat. Taaramäe surely back now and fully recovered, which is great, after all he's less than six minutes from the podium. Congratulations on the win, roturn!

Also thank you for the reporting, Aquarius97. Very enjoyable to come home and see two new reports being online Smile

Just slowly read through the reports here.

Weird race really and unfortunately impacted by lots of crashes.
Really sad to see Pokerstars losing any big points like this.

For my own. Swift was doing fine in early stages and so was Dekker.

But then seeing both crash, which led to Swift abandoning from injury and Dekker losing 5min sucked as this probably means chances for top5 is gone.

Good later recovered again as it was short term handicap I guess. Still losing another 2min on the windy stage didn`t help neither.

Winning the most recent stage then at least point wise and historical is really cool. He seems to be one of the most aggressive riders recently and hopefully this remains as time gaining is definitely needed.

Regarding my sprinters. Sbaragli did awesome so far as leadout. Wonder if he can continue this when being without Swift. Can the game realize him as strong sprinter or is he just rolling in the peloton now or even working for Van der Sanden?

Thanks for the first half of reports, Aquarius. Was a nice read and surely will be even better once I reread them all on the desktop instead of mobile. Pfft

Next two stages will prove if Phinney has a chance of winning this tour basically if he loses less then a min on both he's 100% got a chance but big losses and podium becomes the goal.

For me though Sotd doesn't like it Spilak looks in prime position for the last two mountain stages to clear away with this race hes not used energy more then when he and Phinney attacked and most be saving himselg and he's still best placed to win in my opinion

Oh come on. Can't we just turn around our luck at some point? 9 days TdS... 8 days CDL.. 12 days TdF.. that's almost 30 frustrating race days and my whining doesn't help at all! At least we should perform shit from the start. Those huge drops in two days start to annoy me Sad

for the love of god can one of my guys go on the attack and get in a break! Just one... please! It's all i ask...

We have been complete invisible since Keukeliere was last involved in a sprint on stage 3/4. It's not like Pinot or Grmay are threatening the GC at all so plesse game let them go clear in a breakaway

At least someone in the break is better than nothing at all.

First things first, congratulations Heine. Taaramae seems to have recovered well and at this pace is well within the fight for a top5. Even better perhaps!

The crashes, again. I'm all up for crashes in the game, but boy has Jayco been tortured with these. In hindsight, it's a good thing they didn't send Morton here.

As to the GC, the fight has become quite interesting. Spilak despite his letargy has seized the yellow jersey, and should be very difficult to dethrone.

As to us, it has become patent that Borges has assumed the KoM competition as his priority, which is really given his chances there. Oh well at least we're having some TV-time Pfft

Another opportunity missed by Gesink to take a stage win. I guess he only has one shot left now in stage 16. Getting somewhat back in the fight for the yellow jersey is great, but with Taaramae looking as strong as ever, I guess Bobby should rather watch his back than try to gain places in the GC.

And Brambilla closing in to that top 20 is great Smile

What a race this TdF is so far!

Fully enjoying watching the auction as a 'neutral'. Pfft

Shame to watch the ever unlucky Iberia now. Tenorio has really been a nightmare through these two years unfortunatly.

Taaräme looks to have recovered fully with a podium and a win in hilly stages. He could claw back a ton of time when the proper mountains begin again and still have a strong race!

From our own perspective it was nice to see Barbero in Polka for a few stages and also Carapaz testing his legs a bit. Hope for more action by the guys.. Hope Slagter aint injured here after hitting the ground a bit too many times.

Great reports capturing the auction nicely so far Aquarius, keep it up Smile

Gifting another 30 seconds to Taaramäe obviously isn't very clever, also giring up on the most obvious stagewin.

Taking the leaders jersey is good, of course, but I suppose it will lead to losing 3-4 minutes to Taaramäe on the next stage, also just riding to the Line with Phinney.

Jakub Novak crashed again meaning he has succesfully managed to crash and pick up an injury in EVERY race he has attended, leading to him probably scoring less than 150 points in total. Crashing from 18th in the GC to 21st isn't bad, but he will drop further tomorrow Where he will probably also work himself to shreds.

Oh well, we got the leaders jersey, so we will have to be content and happy for now.

If Taaramäe wins the stage tomorrow, he will win the overall GC I think.

Also. Sucks to see Sagan crash on a stage that was good for him on paper. Still in for a great GC, but KOM is probably lost and a good stage result here was a given...

Demare five minutes ahead of van Stayen on that stage. Pfft And gets one point at least.

Arndt did decently, but the long TT means he needs to gain more time. He'd be 12th without the Nerz thing and the echelons...

Congrats SotD! Finally Grin

Not sure where Dekker would be. But I think closer to 5th.

Seems to be the Aegon kind of GT thing to fight for the 10th spot in basically every GT I start. Pfft

If Dekker really is without any injury now, I am very confident he can go for 8th to 10th in the end. But losing yet again to weaker riders is not ideal. He shouldn`t be behind Nerz/Wellens or even Yates here. Should be with them surely.

Not 100% sure though if he had a tiny % injury left (which is not likely seeing his stage win) or just suffered a -3 to -5 daily form here. So hopefully the last stage to lose unnecessarily time.
Already having 3 of them here in this Tour seems enough.
