U shooting to high my fellow retro game lover. This is 120 jerseys. Normally i can produce a jersey in a day, but this mean 4 month of work day out and day in. That wan`t happend. U need at least 10 jersey makers to work for u and i don`t belive that, sorry.
There are others who make db, u should use them instead. A guy called Stylus in thr fora Le Groppetto making a db from 1994. He want about 25-30 jersey and has problem to have that happend. And he is a db and stagemaker working for cyanide.
I can help u With some jerseys u realy want, but not Close to that many. But some few of those u ask for is made already. look at Le gruppetto thread 2010

There is the possibility to use newer versions. For example Aqua et Sapone has jerseys from 2004 to 2011. Then you can upscale (perhaps using mipmap technology). That way you'll be able to use jerseys way back from PCM2008. Of course the quality will not be the same, but i reckon that with this DB, it's not really the graphics that matter as much the nostalgia and history. 
It's also a fact that PCMFreaks made a 2006 DB some years ago, and you could use the jerseys from that, if you can find a download somewhere. Otherwise perhaps Will007 still has the project somewhere

The first one has pictures in PCM 16-17's shirts size, so there you may find some you need. If not, go to the second link and try to find shirts in PCM 15 (or lower) size. You could resize those in case you don't find any new ones.

I've tested to resize PCM14 jerseys to pcm17 size... but it doesn't work... pcm doesn't show the jersey replaced by cyanide jersey |

yes of course... for exemple I tested with landbouwkrediet named 04lan in 1200x826 not showing ingame
if I put a pcm17 jersey named 04lan it works...

What about bit depth? Old files could still have a lower one while now it needs to be 24 or 32.

Yes i think i know. When u resize from 910x826 to 1200 u got 1200x825 and that dosnt work. U have to add one line of pixels at the bottom so u got 1200x826. Check if this is what causes it not to work.

Perfect, it was this pixel, with Ps when grow to 826 it was on top and not on bottom.
Now it's right so I can convert jersey... they aren't in great resolution, but it do the job |

Is it not better to uncheck keep aspect ratio when resizing instead of that?

This is 2014 Cult, very close to 2013 one:
I'm sure all the newer ones can easily be retrievable on this forum, a quick google image search by using the 'exact dimension' filter should be ok. 455x313 was the size for PCM 10 to 12 jerseys, 910x626 for the years between PCM 13 and 15.
