In addition to my earlier post i found this article on cyclingnews about the reduced team sizes. After i found out that only the WT races in the EP are limited at 7 riders (except for grand tours) i started to doubt if these new rules did only apply to WT races, but it's for all men's races.
The article states: 'The UCI announced today it has approved the reduction in team sizes for all international men's road races beginning in 2018.' and 'The maximum allowed for all races will now be seven riders, with teams of eight for the three Grand Tours - the Giro d'Italia, Tour de France and Vuelta a España.'

Is it possible that you release an additional DB with the old rules that still applied to the 2017 season?
I mean, the DB is set in year 2017 and it wrecks all startlists and feels weird to play.
For a 2018 DB this wouldn't be an issue.

- More realistic stat development for young riders
- More types of riders to be generated
- More realistic regen production from every country in the DB
Not a bug report or anything, just a general wonder how you achieved that as I thought since PCM 2016 we can't really affect how regens are produced? Thought the changes in the DB dont do something in the game. Or do they now partially? |

It actually looks like something was fixed from Cyanide's side with the way it handles sta_region's weight amongst other stuff. Editing the amount of produced regens for each region actually works in PCM 17's latest patch on my side.
As for stat development and rider types - at least when it comes to floors and ceilings for regens - that stuff can still be edited just fine in the xmls

Hi guys. Thank u for this big achievement. I started a custom team career with Crédit Agricole sponsor but equipements are black in 3D game (frame, helmet). The color of the equipments is not adapted to the sponsor color. How can I fix the problem ? Thank U |

That sounds odd, and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the autocolour for Credit Agricole in dyn_sponsor, which is watercourse green 006f4e. Must be equipment related then. What equipment brands does your team have a contract with?
Willie Smit (Katusha 2018) is Norwegian in the database and has been in every database you've made. Correct nationality should be South African.
Ah crap, kind of a shame that it didn't get fixed in time  Unfortunately it probably happened because of a typo since South Africa is 3601 and Norway is 3501.
Now you need to fix the Tour de l'Eurométropole, in the game is 1.1 must be 1.HC
Blimey If any other bugs similar to this get reported I might attach a db in the second post of this thread tomorrow.

EP with bugfix - Tour de Pologne only 34 riders ?
Could you give more info about this? But I don't know, I think I saw it happening randomly in other races, with teams just deciding not to pick full teams in some cases. It seems like it's a PCM bug.

I don't know if it's a bug or simply bad luck, but I have the variant pack and in my career the TDF 2018 and Vuelta 2018 have the same route as 2017 editions. |

Hmm if it's a bug it's nothing we can influence/solve unfortunately. Can't know for sure why that is happening. Have you tried other careers and checked if the same happens?
