I'll do this different way as I have a little idea for my team  .
3 riders available. A little wasted potential (not my fault) on Silin, but still, he is great rider. Good domestique Dall'Oste, and really nice looking 20 years old, 6 pot, Koejoe.

I can see why it might be an issue if the manager was obviously doing it to make a profit, but that isn't the situation here imo. Matt and Jandal both just bid waaaaayyyyyy too much on a number of riders and are now paying the price for that mistake.

Imagine winning the World Tour with the most complete, all-around squad ever put together in ICL and then nobody wants any of your WT proven riders, instead choosing to waste their entire budgets on really average leaders with no good domestiques to help them.
Yeah, that.
At this point I will sell just about anyone. Is there anyone out there that knows how to build a squad?

You expect anyone to flock for the Yates brothers (total 2105 in wage) and spend almost the entire budget for two riders (even though you won't sell them)? I'd have bought anyone, but here's the reason why I don't - they're not from my target region. Now granted my rider pool won't set the world on fire, but it's decent enough for me.
Be happy that you've kept them at first place, because at least you have the perfect base for your WT winning squad. Now you can improve it.

Teams could just buy some riders, which wil be sold for a ( small) fee. Now we are actually giving money to teams with a really bad finacial planning. In fact the smaller and teams who did have a bad free agents round pay for a rider they could have got if those 2 Chelsea esque teams didn't pay with money they don't have

Believe it or not, but I wasn't talking about you. And I have no idea what you're talking about with the Yates brothers. They weren't for sale in the first place.

I agree with krisa, but the two teams got fined as much as they went over the budget though, so it's not like they're price-gouging without a consequence. Ideally, I don't want teams who are that close to going over budget spending 1500+ on several riders, but people can "dig their own hole" and that's punishment enough in this case I think.
For the record, I was about to send jseadog a message because from my calculations, Team WWE is 645 over budget right now. If the Ciolek bid got accepted he would be in almost as much trouble as Alitalia and Santos.

Huffman & Williams are for sale. Feel free to make lower offers though. Not looking to trade for anyone unless they have a very low salary.
