After a season where every single prediction had us moving up to the Protour, Meiji remain in the PCT, with what some would consider a disappointing season. The team manager doesn't see it that way however, as Kinoshita finished the year as the top rider in the division and hopes to keep his spot atop the rankings at the end of the upcoming season as well.
Roster
The squad for the upcoming season has hardly changed, however the wages have, in particular Kinoshita, who probably deserved a bit of a raise after last season but for the most part the team saw only minor changes to wages.
Netia planning strategy: Avoid Kinoshia at all costs He's a beast! He's got a high (but deserved) wage but with this transfers to keep building the squad around him he'll be an awesome leader to go for promotion, best of luck!

Hoping to see you guys go up this season, was quite surprised that you didn't make it last time around with the team you had.
Thanks, it would be great to move up this season, although I think everyone, myself included put a little too much expectations on our two sprinters and in the end they didn't perform as well as many thought last year.

Thanks, he definitely deserves the wage he has, as I made sure I wasn't overpaying just because of a strong season (although I obviously had to a little) but most other riders near his skill level have a similar or even higher wage. Definitely the team will be built around him, but it may be difficult to find too many more riders from our region that can make a push for the PT...
was hoping you would promote, so I wouldn't have to compete with Kinoshita another year and now to make things worse, TvG seems to have joined the competition.
Seriously, good luck to you and lets just sit back and enjoy the battles to come, but thats for another time, now we must head it the transfers, so good luck with that!

Thanks! Indeed TvG will be a thorn in the side of Kinoshita all year long I imagine. Thanks again!

It's great to be back in the same division with our friends at Meiji!
Can't wait for some epic battles between TvG and Kinoshita.
Indeed, I of course wasn't happy to see your team relegate but of course the silver lining is that we are in the same division now.
The battles between TvG and Kinoshita could well be the rivalry of the division next season, but there are still plenty of things that could change.
