Here is the file that will be used to select C1/C2 races.
PCT: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3xxcob73oth...T.xls?dl=0
CT: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tju2hm8b4kw...T.xls?dl=0
PCT teams have a total of 140 race days, including their 60 HC and 30 PTHC race days
CT teams have a total of 120 race days, including their 60 C2HC race days
So PCT have 50, CT 60 race days left to choose C1 and C2 races. Rider stat limits for PCT teams in C2 races are already revealed in a separate thread.
These files do not need to be sent in until at least halfway through transfers. As such, there is nobody to currently send them to. They are being provided now solely to help with the planning process for teams.
To select a race, put a '1' in the bordered box by each race. PCT teams will need to put a '1' in the boxes to the right of the Band Name for the HC/PTHC Bands in which you will race once made public. CT Teams must put a '1' in the C2HC box as this category is races by all of you.
One thing to remember is that there is no guarantee you will get every race that you want to. PCT teams receive prioritised entry into C1 races, while CT teams receive prioritised entry into C2 races. Some races will certainly be oversubscribed.
The Priority list is for races that you are selecting where you do not get precedence (C2 for PCT, C1 for CT). You have room for up to 10 races here, saying which races you want the most. You can apply for more (or less) than 10 races from that category, of course, it's just that you can only prioritise up to 10 of them.
When all selections are in, I will look at which races are oversubscribed and choose which teams get in and miss out based on those priorities - and also with the aim of evenly deciding who misses out where. If you don't get in to a race then you will get the chance to choose an alternative.
Finally, it is vital that you do not touch anything in 'Tabelle1' or any other formula. You can also ignore the PT races at the bottom of the file. Those are placed there to help me at a later date.
Once having uploaded the file to your dropbox, PM Mangame-Admin to say it. |

How about CT teams in HC races? Will there be an application process for wildcards before we send in our race selections, and if we get any races, how can we fill them in on this sheet?
Looks great, getting more hyped every day |

Those will be made manually then.
Once HC bands are revealed it will be said how many spots in each bands are free and hence how many in those races. The race cost is shown. |

Wildcards (CT>HC)
After PCT teams have been assigned a HC race band, there will be a small number of spaces available in 1 or 2 of the bands. It will be possible for CT teams to apply for a wildcard to an individual race within those spaces.
This will not cost any money, but will cost race days - and will come out of the 60 race days CT teams have available for C1 or C2 races. Rankings points earned will count towards the CT standings. (But may be hard to come by!)

Just a reminder that C1C2 Selections can be done by all PCT and CT managers already.
Towards the end of the transfers the files should be sent back with a PM to Mangame-Admin saying it`s finished. |

Should I leave race days open for HC wildcards I'm applying for? |

Yes.
If you e.g. want a HC race with 7 race days, then keep 7 race days unused and tell the race in the PM you send. |

Small reminder that once your transfers are over (and I think basically they are for race deciding factors), you should send a PM to Mangame-Admin saying that you have uploaded your C1C2 selections to your dropbox.
So far I only have 9/26 PCT managers and 13/24 CT managers. |

I am still in the decision making process, which will take me at least 2-3 days still - is that in order?

No idea since you did not PM MG-Admin to have done it yet. |

Tonight was a decent night for C1C2 Selections.
It`s now
17/26 PCT
22/24 CT
You surely want to send them in soon as once transfers are over, there might come a list of shame. |

Well done CT division.
24/24 complete.
PCT is at 19/26 and hence need to hurry up.
Regarding oversubscribed races. Once all C1C2 Selections are in, teams that miss out on chosen races will get a PM.
So far at least 1 race is highly likely to be oversubscribed. |

What you mean with wildcard announcement?
C1C2 Selection to happen first anyway. No further information is posted until all are in. |

Well we do want C1C2 and Wildcard choices at the same time, asap, but it may be possible to make a change to C1C2 after wildcards are announced - if it creates a race clash, and if the races you want to switch to are not full.
