Ok, had a quick look and categorised my team. It probably will change after I've had more time to think about it, but this will do for now
Available (for the right price, you can have them!)
Brent Bookwalter
Chad Haga
Johnny Hoogerland
Tan Peng
Theo Bos
Entertaining offers (send me a PM, and you might have a chance)
Nick Van der Lijke
Would need a really good offer (very unlikely to be traded)
Bert-Jan Lindeman
Chinnawat Wongsa
Elmar Reinders
Ericson Quinones
Jasper Bovenhuis
Jetse Bol
Jos Van Emden
Koen Bekker
Kristjan Koren
Ramon Sinkeldam
Raymond Kreder
Robert Gesink
Tom Dumoulin
Off-limits (you want them? you'll need a "Godfather" offer)
Barry Markus
Bauke Mollema
Dylan van Baarle
Eldir Moreira
Ian Boswell
Qing-Yuan Han
Tom-Jelte Slagter
We will also be looking at bringing in at least one more big point scorer, ideally with a wage under 500.
Giant Asia Racing Team
We want young riders with good potential for success, preferably from South-East Asia.
Remember: All riders must be aged 23 or younger and have an average of 72.0 or lower.
I'll look at other teams offering riders soon, but as always feel free to send a PM if anything here looks good to you.

Liberty Seguros
Team is looking for a solid sprinter!!
Team is open for talks about all riders, most notably:
Listed Riders: Cash preferred or Rider swap
Benat Intxausti
Tony Gallopin
Castroviejo
Verona
Bakelants
Cordeel
Captains Available
If a reasonable rider wants to be swapped for Alberto Contador or Jesus Herrada, the team will consider it. But the team has invested a lot of potion of youths and trainings into both riders, so it's arguable if both parties see the same value.

Bunzl - Centrica will definitely be selling at least one rider. Pretty much first come, first serve so if any of our riders tickle your fancy, send me a message.
Riders potentially available include:
Dowsett (76TT + PRL, great all-round stats)
Dyball (75 HIL)
Mannion (76 MO, great WT mountain domestique)
Spokes (All-round classics specialist)
Harrison (Young TT'er, great rouleur)
or maybe one of our youngsters interests you.
Check the squad and see what you want. We simply need to reduce our wage budget so money is what we're really after though a swap for a cheaper rider or two might well work.

Who We Want
Spaniards, Kiwis, Colombians, French Basque, Other Spanish Speaking dudes - hopefully, ones that are on the younger side of 29 and will help us survive the drop! We don't care about terrain but climbers or puncheurs preferred. Of course, leaders from any nation are very much welcomed! |

Tbh I'd prefer it in orange And again, you should have given me some more money/riders
I did offer you a rider, that too Spanish! I didn't have any more money
I might be open to allowing brother dearest to go back, depending on Round 1. Stay tuned

Since I don't have a team yet I can only comment on...
Cash offers Preferred although cash+money could work as well.
Cash+money is a solid combo
a "Godfather" offer
Unfortunately phrased. See, I feel the second meaning mentioned in the wiktionary is the true meaning of a godfather offer. Such an offer might be "give me Ian Boswell or I'll burn down your house." |

That is true, but I've never actually heard the term used for the second meaning. Oh, and for the record; Boswell > house safety

You have if you've seen The Godfather. The offer that couldn't be refused was the horse's head in the bed. (It's true, though, that this was not the meaning of the phrase prior to the book and movie.)
Boswell > house safety
My bad, obviously I'll have to come up with an even better offer. |

Team Grupo Argos Quala came out of the renewals with a very reduced squad. Especially loosing Rigoberto Uran did hurt the young teams ambitions a lot, as the Giro runner-up offered nothing less than 1700 points to the teams account last season. Many others left the team, making the preperation of the new season a little harder. Still a great number of quality riders are left on the roster, and some of them might become available in transfers.
For the right offer almost anybody is available at the squad. Spotlights though on some riders, that might have a higher chance of being found in a trade:
CT Captains:
Gianni Meersman: The biggest pain for any CT team in the last couple of seasons is now on the market. 75 Hill, 76 Spr, 78 Acc speak for itself. He has the potential to follow Boasson Hagen in CT, given the fact that the Norwegian will now attend (mostly) the WT races. It is likely that Meersman would be te best hilly sprinter in CT. The spare wage (400) only makes it sweeter to attend him. Last years scoring wasn't too great, mainly due to bad decision making in the Leopard office to exclusively send him to WT races for the WT rankings, with a better fitting schedule he is almost certain to score big time.
Dylan Groenewegen: Welcome to your half-classics sprinter. He was the local guy for us at Leopard, being a loyal and great ct sprinter (and leadout for Alaphilippe last season). Dylan is a great guy for a secondary sprinter or leadout in PT or for leading a team in CT, especially on flat one-day races/half classics. With his 72 hill 71 cobbles he survives these obstacles better than most other sprinters, and his 76 flat make him a rather tough guy also in the wind. His full sprinting stats (76/76) may not be the best of the division, but with his overall strength he is a contender in several (sprinting) scenarios, and on top still pretty young (25) and on minimum wage (300).
Daniel Hoelgaard: Yes, we are also offering the other part of our PT sprint train. Daniel however has taken a step up in his game since last year, having taken one huge development rate for his age/potential (25/6). Like that he's now, similar to Dylan, a great shot in the WT leadout/CT leaders game. Beneath solid sprint stats (76/76) he offers the similar skillset as Dylan, with a high flat (75) and good half-classics stats (70 cob, 70 hill) also on minimum wage (280).
We most likely only sell either Hoelgaard or Groenewegen, to keep the sprint train alive. So if you have bigger interest in one of those better be quick.
WT captains:
There is also a scenario where, depending on the plans, both might go. And that is if Julian Alaphilippe is parting ways with us. The French star sprinter (26, Pot 7, Avg: 77.3) has signed a bigger paycut which makes him a bargain captain for WT (595 wage). 77 Flat 78 Sprint 79 Acceleration make him a Top 10 Sprinter in any WT race, if planned wisely much more than that. He is, as all our sprinters are, very versatile (73 hill, 70 cobble). But be aware of the high price-tag he'll be plastered with! Only WT teams may be able to afford him most likely.
The other touchable captain is Sep Vanmarcke, who, with the right team on his side, has the potential to dominate the cobbles being the best cobbler in the ICL without a doubt (82 cobbles). Last year his results suffered a lot under the lack of support, this year stuff may look very different. He will be very expensive though and only be sold, if one or two new leaders can be brought in instead and the offer is outstanding. Remember also his back-ups are elite (78 Flat, 74 Sprint, 73 Hill, 76 Acceleration), having the best stamina in the game (80 Sta). Additionally he is on a fantastic wage, one of the best ones for a rider of that legendary class (870). Again, only WT teams with plenty of assets to offer will have a chance on a trade.
Elite domestiques:
Heiner Parra: The colombian super-domestique may become available for sale if there is some budget desperately need to be opened up. However, giving away a rider that versatile (74 Flat, 75 Mountain, 74 Hill, 72 TT) would hurt for every team to give away. Even more if you think of the fact that he is an outstanding rider for breakaways with his allround skillset and 73 Acceleration. The main field of action might be long tours to use his 74 Recovery, but in general the mid age colombian (27, Pot 6) should be a great asset for any team, especially on min wage (290).
Young Talents:
Gao Lei: A really talented stage racer from china (21, Pot 6). Sadly he is completely out of our focus regions, that is why we would offer him for sale. Needs one more year to become a great force in the U23, already a good and versatile domestique there. WT potential for sure, though he is (as every talent) a project. With him you get a great allround talent that is ready for supporting a captain on any terrain.
Nikolai Tokarev is for sale. He is a decent talent and helper for the U23 Tour, but nothing more right now. Will take a couple of years, but then could turn into a decent helping asset for classics. Could likely leave for free.
Carl Ilsanker: The young austrian stage racer needs a team that has the patience of developing a bright looking long term german-speaking project. He won't offer results right now, but he will in the future (20, Pot 6). One year until he will be more than decent in DT, 2 until he is a big time scorer there. Very versatile and helpful on any terrain already, but already an outside shot in low-level prologues.
Arsenio Alves, Pantheras Dimas, Ivan Buchko, Jakub Vaclavik & Aurele Bouileau are very unlikely to be sold and would need an oustanding offer. You can try your luck, but all of the mentioned names are big time promises in the future of Grupo Argos - Quala. For Alves and Dimas prices may be lower than for the other 3.

I think the new managers will need a bit of time to learn that they can't get Froome and Demare, after that they'll come talk for more realistic riders
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If you're very ambitious manager that want results right away why not try and take them? It will be huge coup. IMO many of the riders below 250 wage are mainly filler that only serve as your typical domestique or puncheur.
