Seeing as my other suggestion was already in the db, here's a couple riders:
Muhammad Imam Arifin
Probably the best young Indonesian rider at the moment, doing well in the recent mountainous Tour of Flores.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hil | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot. | - | Arifin | Muhammad Imam | 65 | 68 | 66 | 65 | 64 | 67 | 66 | 52 | 58 | 65 | 74 | 62 | 65 | INA | AS | 1 | 0 | 16 | 12 | 1995 | 5 |
Yevgeniy Gidich
Gidich is probably one of if not the most exciting talents from Kazakh in a while, with an ability to ride competitively on almost any terrain and with a very fast finish - going from winning mountain stages to flat sprints.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hil | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot. | - | Yevgeniy | Gidich | 66 | 67 | 69 | 65 | 69 | 66 | 64 | 56 | 68 | 67 | 76 | 64 | 65 | KAZ | AS | 1 | 0 | 19 | 5 | 1996 | 6 |
Grigoriy Shtein
A decent young Kazakh puncheur who is continually improving.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hil | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot. | - | Shtein | Grigoriy | 64 | 66 | 68 | 63 | 69 | 67 | 63 | 58 | 64 | 69 | 70 | 65 | 63 | KAZ | AS | 1 | 0 | 6 | 5 | 1996 | 5 |
Kyeongho Min
Promising Korean puncheur who won the recent tour of Korea.
ID | Surname | First name | Fl | Mo | Hil | TT | St | Rs | Rc | Cb | Sp | Acc | Ft | Dh | Pl | Nat. | Cont. | XP Level | XP Points | D | M | Year | Pot. | - | Min | Kyeongho | 63 | 62 | 68 | 59 | 67 | 68 | 64 | 51 | 66 | 68 | 71 | 68 | 59 | KOR | AS | 1 | 0 | 25 | 7 | 1996 | 5 |

August Jensen is already in the DB not once, but twice, Hillis.

I can only spot him once - and clearly with too low a potential according to his results.
Don't you think of Amund Grøndahl Jansen?

Don`t always compare results and potential too much.
Some riders got a ver ylow potential but in combination with higher starting stats. With the stat increase system this is more or less only way to form alrounders for example.
Plus some times riders don`t get the very best stats if the whole country already is full of big talent. |

Killian Frankiny- ID 7726
PCS Link
Current Stats
Flat | Mountain | Hill | TT | Stamina | Resistance | Recovery | Cobbles | Sprint | Acceleration | Fighter | Downhill | Prologue | Pot | 66 | 68 | 68 | 63 | 67 | 70 | 67 | 53 | 61 | 68 | 62 | 63 | 66 | 3 |
I know it's a little late to edit the DB, but I want to make a case for the recently released Killian Frankiny to receive an upgrade to his potential.
I couldn't do so before as he was under contract but now that he is a free agent I feel it would be worth upgrading his maxed stats for a few reasons I will outline below.
Under his current stats and potential he is set to max out at only 75 Mountain, which I think is far too low for him.
Having won the GC at the Giro Vallee D'aosta Mont Blanc in 2016, a race featuring previous winners like Aru (twice), Pinot and Villela (5th Lombardia 2016) that seems a good indication that he has talent. And he narrowly beat both Enric Mas and Mark Padun who are both hyped youngsters to win so it wasn't a really weak field.
He hasn't really done much this year but it is his neo pro season and he has been a domestique in most if not all races in his first year at BMC so I don't think that should count too heavily against him.
The MG world is lacking in strong Swiss riders, with 1.5 Swiss teams but less strong Swiss riders than there are in real life (where you have a strong 1/2 Swiss team in BMC and Roth in Continental).
I appreciate that raising Frankiny's potential when Maxed doesn't strengthen Switzerland much straight away but it does help lower the difference between the amount of strong Swiss riders in the Db and in real life and he would max just as the current strong Swiss riders in the DB are approaching their 30's seeing as he is level 1 now and they are 27 to 29 or older with the exception of Kung, Pellaud and Grand who are all recently maxed at PCT strong Domestique/ CT leader levels and are 24/25.
In real life both Frank and Reichenbach have top 15'd GT's, with Frank getting a top 10 in Le Tour and Reichenbach getting top 15 in both the Tour and the Giro, neither time as the out and out leader (one supporting Pinot, the other after Pinot dropped out 1/2 way through)
I see Frankiny as having similar potential to these 2 in that I think he could top 15 a GT in Future and would like that reflected in his maxed stats.
Whilst Albasini has won 2 WT stages this year and his strength in the MG world is currently reflected by the path Reichenbach took, however that means only Schelling is a strong Climber in the MG world.
Kung's real life strength (Cobbles and TT's, which is different to how he ended up in the MG DB) is replaced by Spengler coming through quicker than in real life and the addition of Muller when he is old enough for the DB would also help that as he has already shown classics potential in the U23 races at the age of 20 last year and 21 this year. Bohli would have been nice for me to develop into a mix of both but his stats meant I had to choose one or the other and can't see a way to get him a good mix between the 2.
I don't want to overrate Frankiny compared to the DB but I don't see any reason why considering he has talent at climbing in real life that suggests he would surpass what he currently is set to max out at he shouldn't max out at a 79 or 80 so that he could lead a PCT team or be a key domestique on a WT squad/ be close enough to be trained into a top 10 threat for MG GT's.
Like I said at the beginning I know it is a little late for changes like this to the DB as we are now very close to transfers so I would understand if it is too late to make the change but I feel that it would better represent the rider he looks likely to become and if I don't ask then it definitely won't happen so I thought it worth a try.
If it is deemed too late I would like to know that is why if the suggestion isn't carried out so I can then suggest again next season should he stay a free agent through transfers.

Also for next season, a Polish sprinter to add to the DB!

Think he will still be too young. Don't think 97's will be until the '19 db.
