Hey guys!
I was tired of playing the same variants all the time and there's some I totally dislike so I created this.
This is a small pack of new variants that I've made to renew my interest in the game. I've made it for PCM13 (my fav game of the series) but I believe it can be played in newer versions until PCM15. Some stages are from PCM12 and are not totally compatible (map in game doesn't show, etc) but are still playable.
It contains 6 TDF, 6 Giro, 2 Tirreno-Adriatico e 2 Volta a Catalunya.
This is made with already existing stages but no .cdx files. So don't hope to see new stages but instead new routes totally made from scratch.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I'm right now.
Just download it and extract it for your CM_stages file.
List of credits (hope I didn't forget anyone. If so please tell me and I'll add it):
Spoiler
Emmea 90
Andrepg
Stylus
Johnnyjur
Roturn
Cyanide
valjo98
vmbw3

Two files available now. One is the bigger one with the new variants and one with two new Giro and a TDF for those who might want new variants or didn't like that much the previous ones.
Enjoy it!

Nice work! I think that sylvao's pack for PCM 13 used to have several routes made out of cdx files. That could help too

Cheers Matt, much appreciated.
I had to resist to make them ultra hard or use extra hard stages to make it realistic and fun. It is definitely one of the best things that I discovered in this game |

Excellent job !
But why do you dislike prologues so deeply ? |

No reason. Just didn't use them. But you can easily replace a stage with a prologue if you wish |

Well I downloaded and tried it. As I said earlier, the lack of prologues annoys me but I fixed it by myself. The courses are well-balanced even if there are few cobblestone stages (like IRL and it's a pity) and the Pyrénées come 4/5 times before the Alps (IRL there is an alternation). Some stages created by Biggassi for 2000 and 2002 TDF are very bad because they were probably his first ones. For example, the 2000 TTT Nantes-Saint Nazaire is graphically awful espescially for me who lived around some years ago. And other stages created by him are curious because there are no cities, only countryside, between the start and the arrival. But with the material you have, you clearly did your best. |

Regarding the Pyrenees/Alps I clearly like much more the Alps mountains so I did it that way. Again you can easily change it with other variants you may have by editing it in the beginning of the season. But it's registered and I'm considering doing another one much more focused on the Pyrenees and with a prologue. Stay tuned!
Regarding the graphical part... I did the best I could. But I'm not a stagemaker yet and I don't know the territory that well. I was afraid of doing some crazy transfers because of this reason as well. But I checked everything on Google maps. But it's registed |

It seems that Biggassi's better TDF is 2005. 2003 is also a good one. And why don't you consider some stages in Pais Vasco or Catalunya ? Or a big start abroad in Netherlands or Flanders for example, which led the race through flandrian stages ?
And, sure, your transfers are realistic and it was a very good work ! |

Hi,
I know I am writing this reply 3 years later, but i hope you will anwser me. Anyways, I've been trying to add as many fantasy variants of races in PCM. When I try to download it on MEGA, it says it's not avaliable any more. Can you please make it avaliable again, or if it still should be, what do you think is wrong? Or if you could put them in tge stage database maybe?
Thanks already
Greetings
