What about sponsor names in a race? Some race names start with their sponsor names and I wonder if these sponsors should be taken into account (eg Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah, Santos Tour Down Under)

You want us to exclude Tour of ... (France, Pologne etc.) but Vuelta and Giro etc. have the same meaning, (Vuelta a Espana, Andalucia, Burgos, Giro d'Italia, d'Emillia) but the example says Vuelta should be V?
There's a lot of confusion in this challenge

No.. The rules say ONLY exclude Tour de,Tour of, Le Tour, so sponsor names, and the ones that you mentioned above are all fair game.

It is time to find out who the best gambler is in the BB house!
Directions: Every player in the game starts with $100. We will do 5 rounds of Roulette in which whoever has the most money at the end wins. Once you get to 0 (if you do), you are eliminated.
How To Play: Refer to the link below on how to play and the payout system is also below.
RULES:
- You must bet at least $10 on something each round, but you can bet as much as you want.
