Does anyone have an idea why I get this screen when trying to load my career in the Fast Editor?

Looks like the save got corrupted or something. Does it work in game? Does it work with any other editor?

It works in game, haven't tried with any other editor. I edited it 2 days ago for the last time because of negative balance, I don't know if that could be the reason?
