We know this, it's because steam packs have no control over country flags file (all1080.tga) and local.cdb which are vital for adding countries. This will work just fine in the Expansion Pack.
There are other countries for which flags don't work, please don't report issues related to this.

Maybe wrong local.cdb? I had few days ago all flags,but now the´re lost. Could you upload the country_flags1080.tga & country_flags1080.xml for me?

Your local.cdb might have gotten by some update then, no idea how either way. In the folder 'PCMdaily Backup' in your Program Files there should be a copy of our own local.cdb, copy that in the 'Database' folder in your Program Files and overwrite.

One of the previous posts from me. I need following data ->country_flags1080.tga & country_flags1080.xml. Data is under GUI
Could you upload,because then I must upload holy PCm daily pack from May 2017,it´s around 10 GB.
It would be very nice if you can do this for me. |

The 4th stage of the Critérium du Dauphine: Crest - Saint-Bonnett-en-Champsaur crashes every time at the end of the loading of "Vegetation". I just simulated the race to solve the issue, but I though I'd report it |

I found the bug i had: it's in the Variant DLC probably.
In both careers and Single Race Australian Championships (ITT too) have San Sebastian variant!
Sorry, but it can't be. It's all fine here, and I have the Variants DLC installed.
The Rhode stage is still not working, and the name of the croatian tour stage changes and it still does not work |

Load the savegame (not the database file, but Career_###) in the Fast Editor and then follow these instructions from post #2
In STA_Race, change the gene_sz_classification_xml of the Tour of Rhodes from t2_rhodes_class to t2_rhodes_class.xml. This should normally fix the issue. This can be done in both the ongoing save (to apply in this save) and in the general DB (for any future save you will start)
For new careers the V1.1 should work
