That could be a problem because it means you didn't copy the database folder and the same could have happened to others, but the local.cdb isn't directly related to the absence of jerseys.

I copied the database folder and every other folder/files in the right pcm folders. I dont know what to do. The riders have still all the same shirts, except of the national jersey holders. Everything else is working. |

I did a clean install and now I dont have problems anymore, the db is working :-)
But the reinstalling with steam was so annoying....
Anyway thx for the help and the db! |

In theory you can just open an incognito mode tab and try downloading from there. Otherwise do so from a proxy.
