I have searched the forum, but found nothing on this. (Perhaps I did a bad search)
I just want to change the jersey of my team to a different one that already exists in the middle of my career.
For example - if I wanted to change Sky's jersey to any other teams (for example, Bora) in the middle of a career how would I do that?
I use PCM Fast Editor, by the way.

Thanks, but that does way more than just change the shirt.
That actually changes your sponsor.
So your sponsor would become Bora.
That changes your sponsor overall. Meaning, your objectives get wiped out, as do your previous results. Different regions become important, when you win a race it shows Bora's initials, etc. I know that I could change each of these individually in the database, but it would take a while.
Do you know how I can maintain my sponsor but just change the sponsors jersey design?

If you want only to change the jersey design. just go in 3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team, then open the folder of the team you want (example bora 17_boh) and rename the folder of your team (example sky 17_sky) to 17_boh (example) and 17_boh to 17_sky.
Doing that you maintain the jersey and also the acessories.
^ If it is a workshop db you started your career with, make sure you go in steamapps\workshop\content\game id\mod id and edit the files located in Jerseys\Team.
