After Tour of Qinghai Lake :
 Szymon Sajnok deserves at least 67 SP and maybe 65 HIL, especially for his third place in Dingxi.
 Ahmet Örken (Torku) should have 67 MO. He resisted well in the hardest stage ( https://www.procyc...17_Stage_6 ).
 Davide Mucelli (Meridiana) deserves at least 68 or 69 MO. He kept his second place even after stage 6, proving some qualities in this exercise.
 Bjorn Thurau (Kuwait) was also convincing during hard stage, 69 MO would not be too much in mu opinion.
 Mauricio Ortega is old, and also very efficient since 2016. He is able to compte with Oscar Sevilla (72 MO) in Colombia, and here with riders like Rogina or Monsalve. 70 or 71 MO won't be too much according to his recent results, he will decline fast anyway. |

Did you see my suggestions about Differdange ? They did a good Rad am Ring this afternoon, I maintain the 67-68 HIL for Raileanu and the 66-67 HIL for Rusnac, and I now suggest 65 HIL for Valvasori. |

@Maddox: Finally managed to finish the checkover of your proposals, to make sure they are included in the next update. Most of them got accepted straight away, some got a little more moderated though to fix our stat matrix. 3 riders are left open for me which you rank very high, but I can't really find evidence for your higher ranking in comparison to others:
Morten Hulgaard
Alexander Salby
Sören Siggard
Rasmus Wallin
Would you like to give some further information on why they should be statted far better than riders with a similar international palmares and more free roles in the continental circuit? I trust in your judgement on them, just need some information to understand what makes them deserve those better stats (which would kind of make the point of optimizing stats for international results [and reproducing them in PCM] a little weaker, but for the right justification we'd go that way.

Is there another way to see the stats instead of opening the sheet ? It is very slow, and I can't search easily the riders because sometimes there is only one team displayed, sometimes riders sorted by their name or by one stat in particular, and I can't sort the riders myself. I think I don't unterstand how it works. |

Ah, that is because we are currently working on the team-by-team update, and the last time I forgot to sort away from it...should work now

 Brent Bookwalter (BMC) was impressive yesterday, he should receive more than 68 ACC, maybe 71 or 72. He is a great finisher, he already proved it during Tour of the Alps.
Tomasz Marczynski (Lotto Soudal) is quite surprising. He was strong during the last kilometers of stage 1, and, today, he finishes in the top 10 (maybe the top 15 without the fall). What about 70-71 FL and 65-66 SP ? |

 Emils Liepins (Rietumu) is very regular this year (especially, he is close to Kanvosky during Dookola Mazowsza and to Mikhel Raim during Tour d'Azerbaïdjan), confirming what he showed last year. His 13th place in European Championships should be rewarded by a 71 SP.
 Ivan Garcia Cortina (Bahrain) needs a huge upgrade in SP. This year, he was one of the best sprinters during Tour of Japan, finsihing two times 3rd and three times 6th. He competed with Canola or Aberasturi especially. He seems to be, currently, more a sprinter-puncher than a puncher. He also finished 8th in European Championships, 11th in Scheldeprijs and 11th in Schaffhausen, during Tour de Suisse. He deserves 73 SP in my opinion, and maybe 70 HIL because Schaffhausen was a quite hard stage.
 Aksel Nömmela (Leopard) should have 71 SP now, because of his 7th place in European Championships and 3rd in a stage of Tour du Luxembourg, won by Drucker.
 Cameron Bayly (Isowhey) may deserve more than 66 SP. He finished 2nd of GP de Pérenchies won by Roy Jans, and beat riders like Bram Welten or Alexander Krieger who are great sprinters in their division.
 Bram Welten (BMC dev), 3rd of this race, also beat Malucelli or Mareczko in the first stage of Tour de Bretagne, he also finished 2nd and 3rd of two stages during Tour de Normandie. I think is somewhere between 69 and 70 SP, but 70 sounds too ambitious for him. Moreover, he is only 20. |
