Pro Cyclist - Play As A Real Rider

Amateur Posts: 23 Joined: 28-08-2014 PCM$: 200.00	Hello all, I was wondering, i've been reading the stories, where somebody played as Buchmann, so my question is, how can I play as a real rider, rather than start as a rookie? I have an old editor somewhere, Lachi I think, but I haven't really used it much, I remember it being a bit volatile lol.. So please can anybody help me?? Thank you..
