Then it makes sense, why he is so much overrated, you could just say that something before. 81 is also too much. Waste of time talking about Contador stats with a Contador fan.
But you are a cycling fan. Wast of time talking about cycling stats with a cycling fan.

You all know it baby
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

One good performance. As jarneke1404 says, you must see riders on their general level.

I think for now this two need improvement in MO stat:
Fuglsang: 77 -> 79
Aru: 80 -> 81

Agrees.
Contador: 82 -> 79
Quintana: 83 -> 82

It sounds like you're just tired of Contador is very bad and I'm right all the time. |

I'd keep Nairo's Mountain stat at 83, gotta remember he's got the Giro in his legs. However, I'd lower some secondary stats like Recovery and endurance.
Contador to 79 is a little much, I'd go to 80 for him, have to remember he wrecked twice, maybe lower his descending skills. |

In reference to some of the riders mentioned and what they will be (depending on rest of Tour of course)
Quintana 82 (has only really been an 83 in the Vuelta, an 82 in the Giro and more like an out of form 81 in both Tours.
Aru- 81
Contador- 80
Fuglsang- 78 or 79 (leaning towards 79)
Uran could also go back upto 79 as well if he keeps it up.

If Quintana stays at this level next season, I'd very much consider him even at 81. With higher secondary stats, of course. But he hasn't been the climber he once was for a while now... |

It is a mystery and I'd agree had it not been for last year's Vuelta which saves him at an 82 for the rest of this season.

From this point of view, you could say that he was an 74 in really good shape. Otherwise, you could say that everyone is a 81 in bad shape. You have to draw the line at some point, and when Quintana keeps riding like a non-81, maybe it is because he simply is not better than this. |

Contador on 80 is still very generous and i see it as "lifetime prize statmaking" but given he will decrese and retire in game fast, i guess it is okay.

You seem to miss the point. Him still riding around like an 83MO in La Vuelta still grants him his 82. Even if he rides like an 80 in Le Tour doesn't mean that he should have 80. I think drawing the line to 80 is still very far away

No Matt is just tired that you kept deleting and reposting your posts despite warnings. If he wanted to ban you for your opinion he would've done so a long time ago

82 for Quintana is perfect imo as on good form he will still be one of the very few riders that has any chance of beating Froome as he did at the Vuelta.
Also no way are we going to put Contador to 79 waay too l,ow, 80 is fine for now and he's also riding the Vuelta this year which will be the next time we assess his mtn stat. As Avin said (yes this time I got his name right) will see him decline in career and irl it wouldn't surprise me if he retired soon anyway.
Somebody mentioned Bennett earlier and yes silently he's been improving non-stop this season and I expect he could be upto 77 mtn very soon. Also Gaudu is 76 mtn with low back ups something we do for promising young riders that show good results but still lack any real consistency.

Yeah, he was in the giro, but recording to movistar stats and himself they have said that nairo always is in better shape in the second grand tour |

No doubt 79 at this point, but i'm sure he will get an 80 or higher if he keeps this up for the last two weeks.
