I agree. Those bubbles on the suit clearly violate the rule that says: "It is prohibited to wear clothing or skinsuits to which non-essential elements have been added with a view to improving their aerodynamic properties..."
It wouldn't be the first time that the UCI is inconsequent in following their own rules.
Apparently they argue the dots (or whatever I should call them) are already part of the clothing and therefore it isn't "added".
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

It is a feature added to the clothing with no other intentions than reducing the air resistance or at least artificially improve the aerodynamics, and should therefore be illegal according to the rules. It's very clear, but UCI also have a rule in which they can overrule rules, and that's just stupid.
