Can't find the database editor

Hey guys
I've downloaded the largest update, but there are some stats I want to edit. The problem is that I can't find the document where it should be.
When I'm trying I start with Steam-->steamapps --> Common --> Pro Cycling Manager 2017 |

Look in steam. You need to select tools and install the stage/database editor first. |

Just download an advanced editor really, they can be found in the pcm 16 editor section.

Hey! I've just downloaded the lite version for daily on steam. I works fine but i want to create a new DB before i start my career. (tweek some stats etc). When i open the DB editor i cant seem to find the daily DB somewhere. Where do i find it and where to save it afterwards?? |
