Ah thanks. It works with the follow option. Sadly it appears pretty useless. I tried it out with a 9 man train and my last rider also got tired pretty quickly. I will not use it in career. So far, the game feels broken, although the UI is much better.

what did you expect? of course your last rider is also getting tired. He's just getting less tired.
Do you know whether there is any difference between PCM (PC version) and Le Tour de France (PS4 version) apart from the name? I mean, can I play carreer mode (or Pro team) on PS4 too or it would be only available the TDF as a race?
Just played tdf stage 17 on normal with real name db. massive gaps but, quite an enjoyable race all the same. new animations are nice, graphics look decent. hopefully later i will have time to play more.
