Btw. this years contest is hindered by growing nonsense with female riders 99% cycling fans dont know, maybe with exception of Puck Moonen, who made it just because of her pretty face which is well known.
If only it was a public vote-in where real people voted for their favorites, proving that female cyclists can be favorites of real people.... if only....
I would bet that at least 90% of those who voted for her does not know name of her team, or her results. Most likely some of them even had to google their name/pictures and after small masturbation session voted her.
If you really think she got the votes because of how she rides the bike, or because she is favourite cyclist of someone, good for you, but you are naive.
Didn't realise this was a "PCM.Daily Best Cyclist Contest". Results don't matter. I know most people only know Puck because of her instagram and that her results are unimpressive, doesn't mean she can't be popular though.
Although i would much rather people actually watch womens racing and get behind interesting and/or talented riders instead of picking someone because they got nice photos.
I'm not gonna bitch about it though, because people are allowed their own opinion and i know she isn't going to win the whole contest.

Fair enough, i thought you are against sexism though and this is nothing but sexist but hey, lets wait if she is in final.

Because if it wasn't it would be pointless to run as an annual event.

Might be fun to have a one-time edition of All-Time, though |

Despite all the debate, all 4 women in the first 2 groups won't make the bracket. Puck Moonen was the closest and went back and forth with Wout Van Aert for the final spot and Group A, but couldn't quite keep it.
The next two groups are:
Voting Ends June 7 @ 10:00AM USA CDT - 1 Vote Per Member

Perhaps for the 10th edition, that would make sense to do something special.
