I like your team a lot, like seriously I think (no offense everyone else) that this is a team that will go strong in the PT and I absolutely love the focus and the different nationalities

@dev4ever Yep I feel potentially he is right at the top
@shonak Yep the clock is always going to be Phinney friend it's the mountains I am worried about at the moment and don't forget Spilak possible the best statswise stage racer in the game
@knockout Avoiding relegation is obviously the aim and anything is a massive bonus hopefully Phinney will be able to take us someway towards that goal
@eden95 Well he will have a good try at the TT Coppel could be there to stop him though and with the GC at the moment I feel he will struggle to win but possibely a run in the yellow jersey at some point and a nice point haul from that
@marco/@Mars Thanks!
@Avin Yep the rivalary continues after a year of watching you have all the fun thought it best I now join in! and I would a look before my goals as it was kind of Phinney or bust some 3 goals are based around him
@the_hoyle Yes he should be able to get his fair share of victories it's now up to me to build a team around him to keep us up
@sgdanny Ohh well thank you very much it means a lot I always try and keep the team as much as possible to my aims of what a north american team would buy whilist also gong for results |

Just a quick update to say farewell and good luck to Christian Meier joining Movistar - US Postal for 50,000 Mr national champion as I thought of him as due to I think his 8 national championships in Road and TT will still get the chance to shine in the PT, at the US team and will always be remembered for his championship wins. Next Dmitri Grabovski went home to Metinvest - Dacia for 450,000 a one season rider for the team it was his consistency in TT and his action as part of our TTT squad that I admired. And finally Benat Intxausti will go back to the PCT as part of Indosat - ANZ for 1,700,000 after not quite fulfilling his ability last year for the team we could not refuse this sort of money for him and so we part ways |

PT Rankings Update 1 Review
Jan.10 | Badaling International | 13th Patrick Naud | Jan.23-28 | Tour of Qatar | 27th Alexandor Cataford | Feb.5 | Omloop Het Nieuwsblad | 14th Jan Polanc | Feb.6 | Kuurne-Bruxelles-Kuurne | 30th Jan Polanc | Feb.12-18 | Tirreno-Adriatico | 9th David Boily | Feb.14-21 | Paris-Nice | 39th Jarlinson Pantano | Feb.16 | Classique du Grand-Duché | 17th Laurent Pichon |
A pretty slow start to our first season in the ProTour, We started in balding international and it was not too bad a start for the team with a real team effort to place the team at front to start the sprint and Patrick Naud taking an impressive 13th. Qatar was next but for us it was quite with n real action Alexandor Cataford 28th overall was the only real note for the race. Into the first taste of cobbles action in Belgium and in both the semi-classics Jan Polanc produced fine displays to be our best rider on the day with Eric Young also taking a top 20 in Nieuwsblad a great effort by the loanee showing his undoubted potential. The triple header came next and it was a case of the good the bad and the ugly both Guillaume Boivon and David Boily managed top 10's in the stage race with Boily even coming out in the top 10 overall in a great week for the team Grand Duche was not as succesful with team leader Laurent Pichon 19th but a surprising ride from Dan Mclay who finished 25th showed great promise Paris Nice it's best not to talk about at the moment.

Overall wise a bad week in Paris Nice has probably seen us drop a little more then we would like with a 144 points gap to safety already a large chunk the positives are of course the lack of Taylor Phinney racing so far and the real team spirit we seem to show in races with a few time already the team getting 4-5 top 20 in one race we think we have had a bright start and when Phinney races we could climb the table rapidly. |

@all Thanks guys deksel really out did himself with a top looking jersey this year!
Nationality | Race | Goal | | Tour De France | Top 5 | Taylor Phinney 4th | | Veulta A Espana | Top 10 | Nothing | | Chrono Des Herbies | Top 10 | Taylor Phinney 1st | | Tour of Tasmania | Win | Nope | | Team Standings | Avoid Relegation | Completed |
Nice amount of green for once on our goals list with Phinney making the top 5 at the Tour de France pretty easy and being on just behind the leaders with a Stage win and the Green Jersey to boot a very successful tour.
This added to Phinney's earlier success when winning the opening TT showdown at Herbies with what would soon become the normal state of TT glory.
All in all we survived amazingly Phinney just had a season which meant although we had a pretty weak team (when i review our points soon it will become even clearer) has authoritative performances throughout the season meant we were only in slight danger for the last 3 races of the season. |

Pretty standard bits of improvement with the team now looking a lot more well rounded especially with helpers in the GC my personal project to turn Johan Van Zyl into the complete helper on all terrain is now finished so very interested to see how he does.
Alexander Cataford and Nathan Brown are two others I look forward to seeing helping Phinney next year in the TTT and i'm hoping that in combination with Bonnin this might see Phinney protected a bit more during his races as we did seem to struggle a bit with helper depth in races last year mostly leaning on Morizot the now left Jensen and Pantano
So guys didn't quite upgrade 3 in all but all were known at the start of the year due to the need to put stronger riders in races though most/all are above 80XP if my calculations are correct and thus easy to max this year.
Spoiler
Not sure if this is coming up as strange for everyone or just me someone let me know seems small and the link won't pop up large |

Yeah, it is a bit unclear as it links to a photobucket link with the image instead of the actual image.
Since I've seen this happening to a lot of screenshots, I'd recommend to everyone involved in the MG to use imgur. It's even simpler and easier to use.
Edit: I see you've fixed it now

We should probably forge closer co-operation on developing Canadian cycling. Not my teams biggest market but a manager favorite
Team is coming along nicely and you're pretty close to establishing as a long term PT team with just a few more gains

@alex yeah eventually got it working haha will take a look at changing there
@TMM Would be nice that! As a nation we struggle for numbers really so it's always nice to see you getting De Vos (would of been a pain for me to loan him out) hoping to help develop a few more if some talented ones come through this year and maybe a few fully developed ones can leave my team then if not I'm probably going to end up having to shift the focus to USA eventually |

This, especially for a time trialist Fantastic season for Phinney, the three golds is impressive and did well in other stage races as well, definitely deserves the rainbow TT bands next year.
