How can I modify a jersey? I can't find the custom teams of the database, just the typicals c00 and the vanilla ones.

You need to take a look in your documents, in Pro Cycling Manager\Mod\Jersey

You will find the World DB 2017 in your Steam workshop folder (steam/steamapps/workshop/content). Workshop content is numbered, so you'll have to find the right number, for me it starts 408...
