This Spring Classic is truly a mind-crasher.
Always not enough transfer and questions--- leave him or drop him. Then the need to transfer some 4-6 pointers to make that total 100 pts. The Pijl today felt like a TIMEOUT race, not being able to make what one think proper transfers.
Guess it's time to make the rest of the transfers for the 3 remaining Ardennes races. Make or brake. Got a feeling I will sink in the standings with too few riders that will score points for my team.

OMG... 1-2-3-4 -6 -9 -10
And maybe Martens was top 20 I think. That should win me the AGR right??? Surely should be my first race win in Velogames, lets hope so haha
I won it indeed! 249 points, bombed up to 1st in our league and 5th overall

Good show mate,
your team looks good for the remaining races too.
You will be hard to dislodge from that first position.
I think I was pretty lucky too. 9 of my riders scored points in Amstel and 5 of them was just new transfers.
The problem now is to wish no accidents in the team with only 2 transfers left.

I am happy with my score, easily my best ever classics season, hope my 4 remaining transfers prove enough.

Now Phillipe Gilbert is out for both Fleche and LBL, which will I think stir up a lot of teams.
That's why transfers are indeed needed to have left going in to these final two races. Trouble on my end for sure, but that's how life gives you a kick in the butt now and then.

Question now is if we have to do these 2 remaining races without the biggest guns this spring.
Gilbert is out, Sagan is not starting in either and guess GvA is not participating in Fleche or LBL.
The Kings have left so who will pick up the crown ?

Nice. Fingers crossed for L-B-L, would be nice to have a transfer to try and snag one of the form riders that just pops up to ride only that race.
Spring Classics is the holy grail with all the transfers and therefore less reliance on luck, great that you are in the running going into the last race!

And I've been shuffling between 26th to 30th in our league for the entire duration. I went to 20th after PR and stayed there after Scheldeprijs. Now I'm at, wait for it, 26th
