im working on one but its going to take at least 2 months, im only doing the teams and kits alone. Id like to only do Pro Tour teams but the career mode means i need to do more. Its not going to be as good as most databases but im sure most will be happy with just kits and current cyclists. |

Great!
An updated database for Pcm 11 would be awesome. Like the career mode of 11, you can play long and fun careers with minimal bugs. The gameplay is nice, and it loads pretty fast.
Please let me know how that database works out.

one question...some races in career mode have very few teams enter in the C1 & T1 races, what do i need to edit to get more teams to take part in a race? |

It depends on various factors, as in the date when the race is held - clashing races won't help especially if they're from the same division - as well as the popularity and the team list you assign to a race via editor.

A pity then that no further db development has been made!
I tried on my own to convert the PCMDaily 2016 DB for PCM16 to PCM11 format. Managed to convert "dyn_cyclists" and "dyn_team" along with connected tables for regions, countries, sponsors, etc. The DB seems to work but i failed to convert the graphics (shirts, minishirts) to the old PCM11 format. |

What didn't you manage to do? Wouldn't you just need to downscale all jerseys from 1200x826 to 455x313? I don't even think minishirts need conversion at all.

I tried, but i failed miserably somehow. Then I gave up when i realized that the new HIL/MON system would have probably screwed up the stats anyway.
That's what i have done so far (tables for riders, teams, regions, countries, sponsors, palmares all synchronized with pcmdaily 2016 pack).

You can use IrfanView to go for a bulk resize of graphics.
Go to File -> Batch Conversion/Rename -> Tick the box for Batch Conversion (Or if you want to rename as well, you can do that too) -> Go to Advanced Options under Batch Conversion Settings -> In the Pop-up screen, tick the RESIZE box and go for the correct sizes

now my problem is the with irfanview i can batch convert the files to TGA 24bit, but the game requires 32bit to read the shirts corretly... any hint? |

Thanks! It worked.
It still needs some testing, but i think i successfully converted the 2016 EP Database for PCM16 to PCM11.
If someone is interested and the pcmdaily crew allows me, i can obviously share it.
