You can always slow down slightly and instead save some updates so that when you hit your busy period, you'll still be able to post regularly. But the most important thing is that you enjoy it and update at your own pace. Don't let it turn into 'work' I'm really enjoying the story so wouldn't want to see it end any time soon!

I have some reports prepared right now but can't post when I'm home due to an internet failure which won't be resolved before Monday.
As from then I may start working with pre-written reports, but I don't want the gap between 'posted' and 'played in-game' to be too big.

 Tour de Romandie (WT)  Stage 4/6, 159.9 kms The second mountain stage is the least tough one on paper. Two of the three climbs will probably come too early to be decisive. The last one to Caux, on the other hand, certainly is one nobody should underestimate before the actual stage (9.8 kilometers of length, 7.6% avg, 16.3% max). The breakaway was formed in 3 phases. Klever was in there for us and dropped Jacobs, Martinelli, Simon and Crapa at the 2nd climb ahead of also getting dropped. He'd rejoin Herrada, Colla and Tatarinov downhill. The understanding within the E1 group that remained was just awful. A gap of five minutes got completely wasted, and a compact group hit the final climb. Most of our riders were still present at the front of the pack. Sadly, we'd lose control as soon as the climb started. Landa attacked 6 kms from the summit. While some tried to react, our leaders struggled. Aru managed to bridge to Landa. Ghilardi tried to do the same, but he failed to bridge the last 15". The third group sat already at 50 seconds. Aru got rid of Landa in the final hectometers and claimed the stage and the overall lead. Landa lost 18" as Van Garderen beat Fuglsang for 3rd. Ghilardi collapsed and finished in the fourth group that lost 1'03" today. Contador, Craddock and Formolo came home in the same group, as did our top finisher Izagirre, who felt much better compared to yesterday. Vandenborre could not quite repeat his yesterday's performance, and finished the stage in 13th place, losing 1'54" to the Italian stage winner. Securing a podium was always going to be extremely hard, but there's no shame having a bad day at his age. Having a good day at the next stage could already make up for a lot

 Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey (2.HC)  Stage 6/8, 180.3 kms The last chance to strike for the GC contenders. Van der Poel will have to defend his jersey one last time, though now it's at the steepest climb of this edition. Apart from that this stage shouldn't worry him too much. G. Izagirre bridged to a breakaway that had been established already. KoM leader Ospina had just left the race and Gorka saw an opportunity to take over his jersey. For that cause he could use some help of Streit, Nunes, Kaczmarek, Parrinello and Tomassini to have a big enough gap. No good luck this time around, as the breakaway's ship stranded 5 kms from the first mountain sprint. Gruppo compatto to the last climb's foot. Bakelants accelerated with 3.7 kms left, only van der Poel responded to his move. There already Chávarri knew he'd be limiting damage today. Teuns (GC 5th) and Suaza (GC 3rd) were the only ones who could come back. Until van der Poel attacked. We saw Teuns getting dropped again. The other two didn't win the stage either as van der Poel demonstrated why exactly it's him in that blue jersey. Bakelants and Suaza both came on the stage podium and moved onto the general classification podium. Chávarri disappointed and narrowly managed to hold on to his GC 6th. Izagirre lost time to just 4 riders. A fine step up to top 10.
Vandenborre had diamonds at stage 3, but it could not last forever.
nice to see Aru performing, sadly on the wrong team

Chávarri need to stay calm and realistic, so easy to drop to 7th and even 9th, but so hard to advance to 5th or better.
I guess he is very young beeing a neo-pro

Having Izagirre and Vandenborre in the top 1 at the end would be great. The former seems to be getting stronger as the latter is declining a bit. We'll have to wait for the next stage.
Aru is riding very well indeed  He seems to be on schedule for the Giro, he has podiumed every one of the last three editions and won last year. It's strange he won't be riding there.
As for Chávarri, he's looking tired after a solid spring campaign. Hopefully he can keep his 6th place until the end.
He's not a neo-pro anymore however. 
At the age of 22, he has already won la Flèche Wallonne, a stage in la Vuelta, KoM & Young jerseys in PaÃs Vasco - Austria & Portugal, GP Miguel Indurain (2x) and stages in Austria - Portugal - Ruta del Sol.

Sometimes it's just a matter of being a bit lucky, but this is what I do
- I always check what riders have an expiring contract at the very start of every season.
- I closely monitor the u23 results.
- I also check for the best free agents, and in PCM 15 there are loads of them that still don't get signed by a team.

Tour de Romandie (WT) Stage 5/6, 175.5 kms You could say the best has been saved for last this year with this queen stage coming at the back of two already very demanding days. Several riders will be aiming to gain some seconds on their closest adversaries ahead of tomorrow's flat concluding 16.5 kilometer individual time trial. Seven riders got a gap on the first climb, they were KoM leader Colla in pink, Aidan van Niekerk, Tatarinov, Josh Edmondson, Power, Kadri and Boem at the very back. The weaker climbers got dropped mercilessly at the very same climb already, the category 1 Col de Champex (1509m). Power and van Niekerk were the only fresh guys still in front and at the shorter but steeper Col des Planches (1420m). Behind the two of them, Tatarinov and Colla both were about to get caught. The leaders did not have a big gap left either. Chrono stopped at 1'24", 5.7 kms to the top. Tinkoff and Sky had already reduced the bunch to 34 riders before and decided to slow down a bit. Vandenborre managed to snatch 2" at the second intermediate sprint, after having picked up 6" at the first. At the third climb to the ski station of Ovronnaz (1374m), Rob Power dropped van Niekerk. The young South African continually kept Lotto's Australian within sight but couldn't keep him from gaining more and more ground. Van Niekerk was joined by Jesús Herrada and Steff Hermans on the descent. There were over 50 kms left and Power had 4'12" on the pack. This trio also had a nasty 2'40" arrear to make up. Soon they had to do so without van Niekerk, who suffered a big fall further into the descent. Power kept climbing steadily at the HC Col du Lein (1695m), while Steff Hermans dropped Herrada and tried to catch up with the sole leader all alone. He wouldn't succeed in doing so though, the gap remained at 1'. Many riders tried to attack the reduced pack but only Landa sneakily got away from them. He'd catch Power downhill. Vandenborre reached the top with Aru but could not keep up with that elite group on the descent. Power finally surrendered at the final climb and had to let go of Landa. At that point riders were just all over the place. This was the situation:

A super strong Aru had enough power left to bridge to Landa, and beat him for the stage win as well. Apart from that the last climb was simply too action-packed to mention all what happened on the road to Verbier. Izagirre and Vandenborre both had a solid last climb. Despite running out of energy towards the finish, they managed to rejoin the group with Contador and Craddock. A brilliant performance, closing a gap of 1'30". Our riders finished behind the top four in the GC, but gained some vital seconds on top 10 contenders like Fuglsang, Barguil and van Garderen. Pardo is a below average TTist, but he seems to be in fine form. A minute and a half is much to make up for in such a short TT, it will be a close call.

Despite this being a flat stage only, we were determined to try anything which could help us improve Chávarri's GC position. From the start, we kept up a high pace, hoping to get some of his fellow top 10 contenders into trouble. And some did when they got involved in a crash with Saez. We had lost a team member, but couldn't back out anymore. Our entire team spent the rest of the day at the front, trying to perpetuate the gap to Saez' group. We were on our own, sacrificed multiple riders, but the back group would never make it back. Our labor had definitely paid off. The sprinter's teams took over in the final 20 kms. While they reeled in a small break, we only had a few riders left for Manuel MartÃnez' train. Chávarri and Tinajero tried their very best; the latter narrowly avoided the barriers in the last corner. Risky way of dealing with things, but that way he did succeed in providing MartÃnez a beneficial starting position. For a long time, it seemed like the Uruguayan had this one. Right at the finish line, however, Vallée threw his bike earlier and won a third stage.
