Wow, I don't think we ever won a NC but it looks like there are great opportunities* this year for Blythe, Ciolek and possibly Demare.
*read: NC AI will fuck us anyway.

I hope so, but knowing how the game's AI handles small fields like NC's it's probably more likely some random <70 OVL rider will win from a break.

Last year they ended with the good ol' break win, so I'm afraid the outcome won't be different this time around 
Wish we could do something about this, but PCM is too broken for that to happen.

Will PCM16 ever even just get considered?
Messing up the DB massively with the mo/hi changes should weigh far more than any minor gameplay improvements.
And to add some input, I think it did in like 5% of the NCs for me in the couple of seasons I have done so far (just got it recently), small startlists still give the same outcome most of the time.

PCM16 does this and that...it improves in behaviour for small n races a lot, same for breakaway realism. Instead, it has big problems with flat finishes after hilly/mountain races, as the pace slows down drastically if nobody is ahead.
The hill/mountain ratio on top is a great set-up, but not perfect in it's outcome. Instead, I like the influence of the flat stat on cobbled races and the general flaw between race specialities a lot more in PCM16 (f.e. better AI in positioning for sprinters with different strengths).
Still I guess that we'll keep 15 due to the missing popularity of PCM16. In my eyes though, PCM16 is slightly better gameplaywise. The benefit of PCM15 mostly would be less work in setting up the game with stages and graphics I guess, which should be taken into account.

Possibly, I admit I haven't looked into it too much and might just go off a misconception.
Still, I would have major headaches voting for it if i owned someone like di Maggio or Cattaneo.

It is such a big risk to try it in MG database that somebody trying that would be totally mad, you can fuck up the whole game and database with it. Dont do it people.
