Well done to all of the top5 for direct promotion with Wiesenhof special mention for dominant title win.
Also well done to the teams behind those to maybe have a chance as well while it`s a pity to see some teams going down to CT. |

YES! Podium achieved after fighting against relegation last year! Thats one goal completed atleast
No rider top 20 and 3rd in the rankings says alot about our team depth which I am really pleased with!
Congratz to Porto and Wiesenhof for beating us and to Strava and Telkom for automatic promotion aswell! So close for a 1-2 for the norwegian managers here, but cant have it all I guess

Well, 9th is still pretty nice, I know a lot of people predicted us Top 5, but even I thought that was maybe a little too high. Looking back, Kinoshita did slightly better than I thought he would do (although finishing as best rider is amazing) but the rest of the team didn't give him a whole lot of support, atleast our other leaders and things will need to be evaluated for sure.
In the end it doesn't look like we will promote, and Im not unhappy about that at all, Kinoshita would likely struggle at PT level and every other rider just isn't on his level in our team either so we would have struggled quite a bit, like a season before. However, congrats to all those that will be promoting!

After some great late races we climb up to 6th, thats much better then I hoped for halfway in this season.
Pity we are so close to our top 5 goal.
And only Ahlstrand in top 60 invidual ranking is not really a good sign.
But Lövkvist & Reimer has done better then I thought on the other hand Byström worse, only our 4th best scorer.
Congrats Heine for a dominant victory! Also dev4ever and gustavo for podium!
And once again thanks roturn and every reporters who have helped across the season! |

Well that went better than I expected
At the start of the season I thought we might find ourselves dragged into a relegation scrap due to the number of talents on our books - only 7 maxed out riders in total. As time went on it became clear that wasn't a worry, but I expected us the fade back into the midfield eventually. And somehow that didn't happen...
8th is a pretty great result in the scheme of things, especially considering how poor Pinot was for much of the season - and the inability of Gautier and Bellis to co-lead in hilly races costing us a lot of points. The individual rankings show just how well we did as a team, with Petit and Yates in particular massively overperforming.
It's also nice to finish as the best Asian team in the latest volume of our on-running battle with Meiji and of course with the planned expansion of the PT plus Metinvest confirmed to be disbanding, we look to be promoting. Now just to not screw up transfers this time round and we might even stay in the PT this time - hopefully helped enormously by 12 riders levelling up this season. |

Wiesenhof with a dominant season, and a very deserved PCT title! Strava with back-to-back promotions just like Evonik last season. Also congrats to Prio-Porto, Hugo Boss and Telkom.
Sad to see many teams from the Americas go down. SanCor due to disbandment but also In-n-Out, Aeropostal and Azteca who couldn't survive in the fierce jungle. I hope they can sort themselves out over the summer and can battle for the top CT-promotions.
And to every manager who stays in PCT: watch out for me next season!

I had forgotten about that part. I change my mind about this season, it was a complete disaster. And to only lose it by 15 points as well

Holy shit, we actually hung on to our seventh place! Massive thanks to Cunego who in his final season on a level this high really did well with our strategy of having him race the hilly stuff rather than stage races. Time for some big party in Lviv now before we head on the NCs and WC, and then rethink our team to be ready for the Pro Tour as it's more than likely we will move up

Very close to reach our goal with a Top 10, which looking back at it, would have been a commendable achievement with only 2 real points scorers on the table. Maes did do great with his history and salary in the mix of analysis, but Lavoine failed hard this season and we will have to get a better sprinter. Roche did over perform on many occasions and his 78 MO hindrance versus those scary climbers, did impress me greatly throughout the season
Froome did what he could, but had some off performances on the board also and sadly he didn’t seem to be able to do well in stage races. Stepniak and Poljanski return to a team in re-formation and a team trying to improve Israeli and Polish cycling. That goal should be something to continue with and with the same performances as this season; we can aim for a better position next year. Roche will decline a bit and his future in the team is unknown, as Poljanski will be able to take his turf more next season. Overall interesting times to come and despite failing too many goals, I’m quite sure we can do better there next season.
Finally thanks to all the reporters! After the Giro I was fed up with the reporting process and now school is coming to busy end, so thanks to all the reporters to make up for my small contribution to the game. Hope to see some interesting new managers and looking forward to planning next season!

Well this was a very tough season, pointed by many as candidates for promotion at the beginning of the season, the truth is that we are far from that and we deserve it.
Our leaders are far from having the necessary quality to always be among the best, the only one that was up to it was even Fiedler who was still harmed by AI in more than once. Now all that's left is to even think about what's wrong and try to improve for a more peaceful next season.
Congrats to all the teams that were promoted, especially to Prio and And I am really sorry to see Aeropostal being relegated but I am sure it will be a short passage through the CT

Important things first: Straaaaaaaaaaaaaaaavvvaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
Really glad to see them promoted. My absolute favourite team (aside of my own) in the game and it's damn impressive how quickly they've gone through the rankings ( and unlike me - even by finishing inside the direct promotion spots). I cannot wait to see what Shonak plans for PT as i can see many different ways work for him.
Congrats also to the other promoted teams:
Wiesenhof return in style after a shock relegation last year. Hopefully you will have better luck this time. Must have been a kinda boring season for them after their promotion (and even the title) was out of question the whole season :P
Porto Prio was perhaps the disappointment of the 2015 season so it's good to see them back in PT.
I loved Hugo Boss' setup for this season with multiple weapons for the hills and Marco "Mini Van Stayen" Kump as hilly sprinter and i'm looking forward to see them in PT. Perhaps this time with the suit jersey? :P
I always hate when it's unclear which of the teams behind will go up as it's much cooler to immediately know if it was enough instead of celebrating on the "green table"
One of my highlights of the PCT season was Valio. Feared they might fight against relegation but I'm thrilled that they managed a top half finish. Lo Cicero turned out to be a bargain. Congratz! I hope that Kulppi will do wonders for you and who knows - perhaps we can work out yet some more loan deals again :P
I'm also very glad that Netia got another top five season out of LLS. After the first few months i feared that this would be a hard season for him but he still got it in him even after a decline. :)
Of the relegated teams I'm looking forward the most to see how Azteca will handle Summerhill the offseason. Will they drop him or will they try to keep him in an attempt to promote as one man team next season
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

It was very close in the end, but we made it. A few nice wins combines with a few total disasters. We focused on the cobbles, but got beaten there by Strava and Azteca. Strava deservingly goes up, sorry to see Azteca go down. All in all Wiesenhof totaly smashed it and deserves the division win.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Massive thanks to roturn for reviving and keeping the MG running so fantastically smooth and also lots of kudos for reporting yourself so much. Also a huge thanks to croatia, jandal, trek, jph as the main PCT reporters I believe, your service to the MG and community are greatly appreciated. Of course also thanks to any reporters i surely have forgotten. :*
Well, I'm not really that disappointed that we missed out on the PCT podium. I think Strava was really good planned. We had a strong emphasis on cobblez and really profited of that. For some it may look as luck but I think there's good planning and smart transfering behind that too. Lierse and Azteca were amazing competition throughout the season too.
In the sprints, we had some good performances but also lots of downs. Modolo especially was completely erratic in his performances, which wasn't good for my expectations. In the hills we started out solid but Vanendert and Gilbert scored little after mid-season, Roux was pretty underwhelming throughout the year tbh. Some have hinted at it already, Strava will have to be majorly re-structured if we want to have a shot at survival in PT. For example we have no options for the mountains and whilst in CT and PCT it works out, this will be a no-go for us in PT now I worry. Due to work and university I hope I can find the time for a good transfer season tho. At least we completed (again) 4 out of 5 goals, so that's nice.
Major congratulations to Wiesenhof, Porto and Hugo for finishing on the podium. Well done and great performances by your riders too. Telkom to secure the last spot of promotion makes me happy too, Aidan is a great guy. Just a shame he missed out on his own promotion season. Maybe I should hit me up on Strava to ask him for a new jersey
Not sure about the number of disbandments. I hope that not much will be changed cuz I'm not really fond of promotion through disbandment. Maybe a balance with PT can be found so that some can stay up, who knows.
Shame to see some nice teams going down but I'm glad that my mates Ollfardh, Rider and bikex stay up too.
Looking forward to the new additions to PCT from the CT and PT, especially in form of Spilak and D2B who should make major impact on the rankings. Of course I will also follow closely the PCT cobbles campaign, definitely the most fun races in the entire calendar imo.
Also thanks for congratulations from fellow managers. Back-to-back promotion wasn't plannend and I didn't expect it at all but I'm all the happier for it. Especially since we were again the best new team in the league, after our CT debut last year on second place.
