How can i quit this black thing of the head of all cyclists=?

Hi everybody,
I would like to know if is possible to quit this kind of black thing of the head of cyclist to see it with his real face!Do you know how can I do it? Thanks Grin

Click the "i" icon in the top right corner when in game.
