I'm making the real ones so they are as short in real life. The last 2 ones are cyclocross stages for the DB I'm making under "Databases". The first short ones were criteriums as I just wanted to try if it was fun to play those in PCM, and it is . And the People's choice classic is also that short in real life.
About the screens, there is a video in the spoiler of 1 of the criteriums. U can see some screens of the cyclocross ones here.
Having made many Crits for PCM, you need to get the length at least ~45km for them to work decently with the game engine and AI. From what i can tell you've managed to avoid the narrow roads which is good, because in Crits spline 1 roads absolutely kill the game dead. Just keep the distance above 45km to keep them playable, this is a case where realism should take a backseat to entertainment.
