Maybe he makes a statement to not be there against those countries, but yeah, he really should be there and win the Worlds solo.

Surpassing Cavendish on 8. Hushovd with 4, Evans and Kwiatkowski with 3, Ballan and Costa with 2, Gilbert with 1. Seems like the World Champion gets a decent WT season in Rainbow, curse my ass

How do you guys see the Sagan-Demare battle for Kristoff's wheel?
I think they have a somewhat "clean" battle about Kristoff's wheel, that Sagan wins due to having a quicker acceleration therefor being a half wheel infront of Demare. |

Sagan is now race leader. 7'' ahead of Dennis.
Tinkoff will be the last team to start in tomorrow TTT |

Very close. I think Demare "sleeps" when Kristoff sprints, and Sagan is smarter with that slight turn right. Then, we have Degenkolb at their right, so Demare couldn't go to his right.

I'm a big Sagan fan, but i think it's the right decision. Sagan just followed Kristoff's wheel when he went, and he was faster than Demare at getting on that wheel.
I Sagan hadn't been a half bike lenght infront of Demare when the fightning started, i would perhaps have ruled in favor of Demare. But i this case i think it's right to not do anything. |

Peter Sagan will win 2016 World Tour, even if Quintana rides and wins Lombardia, only if he wins all stages left (not including TTT) and the overall in Eneco Tour |

Hope that Tinkoff don't lose that much in the TTT so the race isn't decided by it.
Go Peter! |

wow Greipel showing that he is still the best in these hard sprints
caught out by the crash being back to P40 with 1.7km to go, then coming to the fore, having to stop sprinting due to the Sagan - Demare shoulders and still managing to outpace Sagan uphill and just becoming second...
maybe the strongest performance on the last 2 kilometers of a sprint race I've seen this year and a good sign that he might be the German guy for the Olympics...

Greipel would deserve it, especially because Kittel is sorta in limbo since spring campaign but I guess German Union will give Kittel the nod just because it's Kittel after all. Maybe Greipel has bigger chances of a medal but Kittel the bigger chances of winning (if you get my drift..)?

I'm sure Phinney will find a way to get kicked off the podium
