Yeah, pretty expected but a little sad. I really hope the results aren't affected by the people protesting for no reason, otherwise they're realize that they allowed the thing they hate to win by not voting.

well down to third is bad, but would still be a decent result...the expected songs though now coming to the Top which I don't really like...4 times 0 points in a round of 5 are too many, thx to Italy though...didn't really expect though the 0 points from that many countries like Norway, even better now that we're still in contension

So, just 4 spokespersons stand between us and the non-finalists' votes. Sadly we will not be calling Wales due to a technical problem, however we continue the show with our next delegation, Estonia. We have another DSC veteran on the line, yes it is Karl-Erik Taukar! WElcome back to the DSC Karl-Erik!
Thank you for the great introduction Emil, I should also thank you on the great show you have put on tonight. Estonia are very proud to be competing again in this great contest; we wish the best of luck to our act, Würffel!
The thunder hit Estonia so 8 points goes to Scotland!
It is the autumn edition, so we gave 10 points to FYR Macedonia!
Spoiler 12 points from Estonia go to...chasing cars! Ireland!
Congratulations Ireland on another 12 points! Well, with 2 countries to go until we talk to the big man, Ban, we have Belgium in the lead still as we now call South Korea. Good evening Dami Im!
Dobur Vechurr Ruse! This is Korea calling tonight live from Seoul! Thank you for allowing South Korea participate. Here are the points from South Korea...
8 points go to the beautiful Ireland.
10 points from Korea go with love to Switzerland!
Spoiler 12 points finally go to FYR Macedonia!
Macedonia are coming close to catching Belgium at the top however can they stay there until the end of the show? DR Congo is our last competing delegation to call us tonight. Bon soir Congo!
Bon soir Ruse, bon soir Bulgaria, this is DR Congo calling. I'd like to thank Bulgaria for being so friendly and loving on our DSC debut. As a gift we'd like you to visit DR Congo anytime! Here are the points from DR Congo:
8 points go to the falling leaves from FYR Macedonia!
10 points go to Germany!
Spoiler 12 points...from the DR Congo go to...Sweden!
Well, here we are again, Ban Ki-Moon is waiting on us in Geneva for yet another season. He is becoming a bit of a DSC hero, but also a villain to some countries. Who will be getting their 12 points tonight? Just to remind you, the world jury is made up of music professionals who voted in tonight's final, just the same as you did. So, Ban Ki-Moon, what do you have for us this time
Well, Poli and Emil...what a show you guys have hosted tonight! Everything has been perfect, including you! Can we get a quick round of applause for Poli and Emil, Bulstrad Arena?!
Thank you so much. Do you have some points for us?
Of course I do...
8 points from the world jury here in Geneva go to... France!
10 points go to the great Alan Walker from Norway!
Spoiler Sweden caught us in a swing trance tonight so 12 points go to Sweden! Good night Ruse!
Well Poli, that draws a close to the finalists' votes. That is 70% of tonight's total votes there, just handed out. At the end of it all we have Macedonia in the lead with Scotland sitting in 2nd place. Germany retain their 3rd place, but Belgium fall to 4th. We will come back after this break for the most exciting part of the voting, the non-qualifiers' points!

While I agree other countries should be leading, better than you

Well that was a huge round for Macedonia, that's a good lead to be holding going into the final vote. Germany still up there and in with a shout. Hopefully they can keep the epitomy of dance-pop off the top spot and ideally keep that awful remix from Belgium off the podium as well.
And now i might stop bashing on the Congo song Podium could happen for Sweden from here, but i doubt it. We're too inconsistently voted for.

Calling this a fall in the rankings form Estonia is an euphemism
Hopes that the semi finalists prove more taste, also in the front, despite the quite big gap I'm still all in for Ireland, maybe with chances for Germany too.

1: yes please though Macedonia or Ireland would be a winner I'd like too
2: Oh yes, the Belgian song was maybe the most awful one of this whole finale.
3: Who the hell is doing the World's Jury? Most popular song gets the points?

Grand Final Results - Non Qualifier Vote
It is that time again. For the 2nd time in DSC history we now have the largest clump of points on offer in 1 go tonight. A total of 464 points to give away in this final part of the show. At the end of it all, we will know our champion. Have a look at our top 3 at the moment:
1st | FYR Macedonia | 91pts | 2nd | Scotland | 83pts | 3rd | Germany | 77pts |
So, we will first read out the 19th to 11th best songs one by one quickly, revealing their amount of points and their total percentage of the vote. After that we will go slowly through the top 10 which will ultimately decide the 7th Daily Song Contest...
19th | 0% | 0pts | Bulgaria |
18th | 0.6% | 3pts | Denmark |
17th | 2.8% | 11pts | Wales |
16th | 3.0% | 14pts | Ukraine |
14th | 3.4% | 16pts | DR Congo |
14th | 3.4% | 16pts | Canada |
12th | 3.9% | 18pts | Morocco |
12th | 3.9% | 18pts | France |
10th | 4.1% | 19pts | Switzerland |
10th | 4.1% | 19pts | Scotland |
Let's see what that does to the leaderboard now...
Now we head into the remaining 9 countries. With Scotland now in the lead, anything is to play for.
In ninth place, finishing with a non-qualifiers' total of 27 points, which is 5.8% of the total amount of points is...
Congratulations to them on their point haul. Next up in 7th place we have a tie, so firstly receiving 29 points and taking 7th place in the NQ vote is...
The second country receiving this share of the points is...
Scotland are still on top, and we have 6 countries left. Let's have another look at the leadertable
Next up, finishing in 6th, with 6.4% of the total vote, which equates to 30 points is...
They shoot straight into the lead. However we still have 5 guys left: Estonia, Macedonia, Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Who is in 5th...
This is getting so tense, we can feel it in the air, Ruse! Finishing in 4th in the NQ vote...with 38 points is...
Sweden, Macedonia or Ireland? Which will win the 7th Daily Song Contest? Let's start to unravel the result with 3rd place. Receiving 40 points in this round is...
That is not enough to place them into the lead. So, we have only Macedonia and Ireland left in the green room without points. Germany currently lead, a all-time high is guaranteed, but which step on the podium will it be? Let's find out who will receive the 2nd highest amount of points in the NQ vote, with a share of 9.1% of the NQ vote, equating to 42 points is...
So we now know who the non-qualifiers favourite is and that is Ireland. We are all on edge though, do they have enough points to take the crown tonight? Calculators at the ready Ruse...
Click to see the winner's interview and final performance. PLus, the final results...
Spoiler That is...not enough to win the Daily Song Contest, that means we have a winner of the 7th Daily Song Contest, and it is FYR MACEDONIA! Congratulations Daniel Kajmokoski, what a finish that was! If you make your way to the podium, I will hand over my trophy to you!
1st | FYR Macedonia | 133pts | 2nd | Ireland | 131pts | 3rd | Germany | 115pts |
This is FYR Macedonia's fist time in the DSC, and they win it just like Finland did in Antwerp. 'Autumn Leaves' has become the 5th highest scoring DSC entry and Ireland's 'Chasing Cars' is now the 7th highest scoring entry in DSC history. It is an all-time high for all 3 of our podium nations: FYR Macedonia, Ireland and Germany. It also the first time a country that borders the host has won the contest.
Here he is...your winner Daniel from FYR Macedonia! We have to state the obvious, how do you feel right now?
You know the feeling Poli, words just can't describe the happiness I am feeling right now. I seriously thought Ieland had it, I was doing the sums in my head and I worked out that they would beat us. I guess maths isn't my forte!
What do you think people liked about your song?
I guess the performance was very captivating with the drawing in the background, but the whole song is just beautiful. When I first heard this in the studio, I knew I wanted to take this to the DSC. I never thought I'd win it.
Finally, before we let you go and get ready for your final perfomrance, do you have any final words to the world?
We are golden!
Thank you Daniel; congratulations!
Well, that is it for another Daily Song Contest! Ruse knows our winner, you know our winner, so I guess that is it, right Emil?
Indeed, Poli. We'd like to thank the producers of the show, all the competing delegations for taking part in the 7th Daily Song Contest, and thank you at home for watching and voting! Well, Ruse it is almost time to say good night. It has been a pleasure hosting these 3 shows and we sure hope you'll meet us again in FYR Macedonia next season. But now, it is time to hear our winning song again. Please welcome him back on stage Daniel Kajmokoski!
1st | FYR Macedonia | 133pts | 2nd | Ireland | 131pts | 3rd | Germany | 115pts | 4th | Sweden | 111pts | 5th | Belgium | 103pts | 6th | Scotland | 102pts | 7th | Norway | 96pts | 8th | Estonia | 90pts | 9th | South Korea | 87pts | 10th | Italy | 81pts | 11th | France | 77pts | 12th | Canada | 75pts | 13th | Switzerland | 67pts | 14th | Denmark | 61pts | 15th | Morocco | 59pts | 16th | DR Congo | 58pts | 17th | Ukraine | 53pts | 18th | Wales | 52pts | 19th | Bulgaria | 16pts |
