In that thread we discuss the race routes made by the organizers.eg:Tour de France 2016 Route
In this thread we make our race routes.
For example, you can design a fantasy race(eg:21-day Tour of Turkey) and you can also design a real race(Tour de France)
Check the Race Design Thread at Cyclingnews Forum for more examples. |

1 MTF(Col du Beal)
4 medium mountain stages(Liege,Murat,Firminy,Observatoire de Merelle)
2 HTF(Mont Aigoual,Observatoire de Merelle)
2 cobbled stages(Geraardsbergen,Roubaix)
100.93 km(3 stages) of ITT
1 UF(Rodez)
7 HC climbs(Lusette,L'Echarasson,Mont Noir(x2),Biche,Grand Colombier,Le Chasseral)
10 1C climbs(Gaec de la Croix,Baracuchet,Chansert,Beal,Croisette,Clergeon, Weissenstein,Grand Ballon,Petit Ballon,Platzerwasel)
In stage 20 Trouee d'Arenberg and Rue de Tournai cobble sectors weren't shown as cobbled sectors in the map. There are 37 cobbled sectors in that stage, not 35.

My versions of some stages of Giro d'Italia 2017 with same start and finish locations
Stage 14(don't get confused by it,the real stage of 2017 Giro stage 14 starts in a road between Castellania and Tortona while mine starts in Tortona):
https://www.la-flamme-rouge.eu/maps/vi...k/hd/86675
Alpe di Noveis:
Valico di Bielmonte:

The Tour is an very interesting idea. I like the fact that you can actually made that hard of a race sans Pyrenees and Alps - no excuses not to include some of these roads everywhere. Thats a positive about this years Tour, I guess.
I can't view your Giro-stages. |
