I don't disagree that both did it well there. But I don't think Quintana would have ambitions to go all in if it wasn't for Contador's presence, he'd probably blow of his move at some point or whatever. Meanwhile Bertie would use help of Froome, Orica etc. He could get the help somewhere, because he has a history of successful and daring moves.

In all fairness Froome hasn't had a reason to pull yet while other teams have guys working, he'll have no choice but to work once we get stuck into the climb because that big group will fall to pieces
