Idea: Creating new ways to play.
I see of a mini-game like Downhill Challenge on ps4 game really exciting and fun where you control the rider through different mountain downhills, and gain medals and times, it is a challenging and exciting new game mode!
Also, a little campaign mode would be nice. I have my PCM 2010 PSP game with me here and it has a campaign mode with omega pharma - lotto, having two seasons and 5 challenges both years. Challenges in the game includes, 40km in the breakaway for sponsors in Tour Down Under stage 1, Trying to win 2 of 4 races in the autumn classics with gilbert, trying to protect maglia rosa in the last TT of Giro d'Italia with VdB. This is a great new way to play, and doesnt require big overhaul of gameplay, which we must not want from cyanide in these years.
Tour de France mode, yea, pretty simple. Shouldnt be simulated, no gameplay improvement needed whatsoever and the main point is trying to do team goals in Tour de France. Like AG2R wanting stage win + top 3, while Bora wanting a stage win + top 10 in points classification. It is a good way to play and also challenging as well as puts the opportunity to have good amount of achievements. It is the most important race of the year, Isn't it?

Make it easier to create StartLists by simply ticking the riders in each Team - can't be difficult ! |

Idea: In Multiplayer mode the timer should be freezed at x1 for the last 20/15/10 km of the race, no matter what. It is easy to code that, as cyanide is doing that for the start of the race.

No need to ask this in so many threads. If someone has an answer they will reply. This bug was there in PCM 15 as well but no one has ever found a solution that would work for everyone.

not sure if its 1/5 in console. Welli it will make the game 1.5x heavier and need major improvements, no way cyanide doing that.

A proper repaly feature....where you can watch from whatever perspective and compettitor, and can view the ENITIRE stage
Full race mode where you actually play a true to scale distance race rather than an obvious hugely shortened versions a stage should take 4-5 hours in realtime not 20 mins!, s o we should have a full race mode
Better Ai Why don't other GC contenders ever try and attack early?.....Why does the pack always chase YOU down even if your not even in GC contention?
Why Do other teams ALWAYS refuse to work with you even thouth the rider has no significance to the overall GC?.....the conditions that behaviour the AI uses against you should be also used for other AI in similar situation regarding the GC
I keep reading Cyanide not interested....so that's OK???, or should we be demanding that we are FUCKIN interested and their product needs to be better if they want to keep selling it.....iykwim...
Also why is the console version better than the PC version......I tell you they are getting very close to losing me as a customer forvever |

We have been contacted by Cyanide that asked, if possible, to send them PCM 2017 suggestions as development of the new game will start very soon.
In other words this is your opportunity to contribute directly in the new game by proposing new features, that will be directly sent to the developers to get more visibility. Suggestions can be of multiple kinds but main direction of new game development will be the multiplayer mode (all the rest will be improved, so if you have ideas, please write them down).

Memory - Between teams/riders
This one is proberbly a long shot, but in the pro peleton there is alliances and rivals and so on. It would be cool to see this implemented. Like if you don't contribute in a breakaway/climb/GC and attack. The teams/riders around you at that point don't forget you did that. So if they catch you they go straight on the counter. Or they don't contribute or help you later in the Stage Race.
Also, if you help a another team defend the jersey or wheel in a break. That there becomes a growing alliance.
If you know what i mean?

Multiplayer
Bring back similar to what the season mode was before. A draft between different players to play a full season to finish on top. Races and variants can be chosen.
Career
Chances of getting offered contracts by other teams and getting fired (you don't fullfill your goals, you get fired, etc).
Chances of buying out rider contracts (this existed before, bringing it back would be a good idea).
Changing rider goals mid season. (if a rider gets injured he could switch his focus to the Vuelta).
Track
Bring back old layout (please).
Switch rulings in discplines to current one (changes in points race points system, and so on), and bring new track disciplines (madison, pursuit). |

-Transfer Neogations & Budget Allocations
A lot of times this is a very annoying. Okay let me explain it. Think you are team with a 56,000 monthly riders salary.
You contacted rider X for 36.000 and the neogations are in progress.
You contacted rider Y for 15.000 and the neogations are in progress as well.
When you want to contact the rider Z you cannot because the minimum wage you can give is 10.000 lets say, but the game tells that you have 5.000 left meanwhile nothing has happened whether the neogations on the riders X and Y are failed or made. I know this system allows people not to go higher than the budget given from the sponsors. However there is a Accept - Decline when the neogations ended and the contract is accepted. If the contract reaches higher than the budget, it should tell that and cancel the neogations with the rider. In short words, it would be great to make more neogations at a time, and not miss any rider going to another team.

Being able to implement variants of shirts (just like stages) so they change one season to another. Maybe putting "sky_maillot_v2" or whatever. Almost every shirt changes every season, so it is realism.
Also, being able to implement a shirt for a cerain race like Giant at TdF

Being able to move your rider like on the track and on consoles, so that you can choose your position in the peloton for yourself and don't have to ride in the wind for no reason (wich happens too often in my opinion) |

Fix the AI transfers making nationality a bigger factor allowing low level teams to keep a more realistic/strict focus as well as keeping the different feeling of top teams intact. Long careers are too often ruined by years of weird transfers.
Allow AI teams to fold. Perhaps even new CT teams emerging in stead of the folded one to keep the number of teams intact.
