Training is most of the exp you will be getting.
It seems, to me at least, like there's less race exp to be gained than in 15. |

XP gain is constant and unrelated to training or races.
But you can get bonus XP for some race related achievements like win your first jersey, ... |

Yes i know, and maybe my question was a little unclear. But what i would like to know is what you mentions about bonus XP. What jerseys and races do you need to win to get bonus. And does anyone have a list of all the tasks?  |

Hello , I in the Pro Cyclist mode when the world championships appears that participate in the race but simulates automatically . Someone could help me , please? |

When it's being simulated, you've simply not been selected.

I even won the TT without actually racing. THe stage appears on the calendar, but on the day (both for TT and RR) the game just simulates. |

My issue just now is the ridiculous schedule the AI sets up for you at the start of the year. Gained Level 5 in my previous season in my 2nd WT year. AI at the start of the next season calendars all 3 grand tours and pretty much every WT race, 122 day schedule... |
