The green line is thicker. As seen on the picture below, it is considerably thicker than the hight of the DD text, and it is also thicker than the black on the old jersey.

Here's an updated .zip with all graphics for WorldTour and Pro Continental teams in the 2016 peloton. I have added everything I've found for those 41 teams in PCM 16 format. Unzip it, open the folder and paste its content in C:/Program files/Steam/Steamapps/Common/PCM 16/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team.
