Hello ! 
I don't post much here, I'm more of a lurker I'd say... But I always follow this kind of topics concerning graphics and I came up with an idea recently. I really like your DNB jersey so it would be great if you could do it ! 
Here is the project :
Team Name : Team Areva
Main colors : White & Red. Maybe with a bit of black, or anything you'll judge appropriate 
Primary Sponsor : Areva (Hence the white & red)

The DNB jersey looks promising, but you shouldn't use the plis, as they'll be added by the game automatically. Adding the plis yourself will result in double plis and quality loss in-game.

Really nice job on the design. If it's okay, I'd like to give you a few tips to improve the jersey and the NCs:
- The logos on the sides of the shorts look a bit weird. How did you bend them? I usually split the logo in half, then use Warp > Arc to bend one half 15 degrees, then rotate that half 13.5 degrees and attach it to the other half. Then I repeat the same for the other side, only now rotating it by -13.5 degrees.
- Not sure about this one, but it looks like the logos on the sides of the jersey (and maybe the ones on the shorts as well) are going out of bounds. The jerseys usually have a small overlap, which means you'll have to repeat a small part of the jersey on the front. I recommend using a jersey of one of the experienced jerseymakers around here to make this match.
- For the NC jerseys I suggest to make the sides of the jersey either the top or the bottom color of the NC. The way you have it now, the design doesn't match the stitches.
- My final remark: it would be nice if you made the trim of the shorts like the trims on the shoulder (so black - yellow - red for Belgium, etc), since that's usual for NC jerseys.

Was really happy with the design of the Areva jersey, so I made some minor changes as haasje suggested and made a couple of NC and GT jerseys.
