Poels was finished on the podium if he was captain. It is a scary team like 2012, also Froome just amazing, too fat that he plays plays along the way |

Maybe, but I don't think he'd be doing any worse than Quintana.
Contador is done for at Tour de France. No matter who he's up against there will always be 5 guys stronger than him. Every year since 2011.
Everyone that can put one and one together understands why.
Please mention the 5 guys who can beat him i would like to know who other than Froome.
I clearly said that no matter who he was going up against there would be 5 guys stronger and even explained why (but if why isn't clear to you: the guy got popped during TdF2010. Since then he never got back to his old level at TdF but did at other races. Why? cause he can no longer use his main program at TdF cause it isn't safe.)
historical evidence:
1. AUS EVANS Cadel BMC 86h12'22"
2. LUX SCHLECK Andy LEO 01'34"
3. LUX SCHLECK Fränk LEO 02'30"
4. FRA VOECKLER Thomas EUC 03'20"
5. ESP CONTADOR Albert SAX 03'57"
1. GBR FROOME Chris SKY 83h56'40"
2. COL QUINTANA ROJAS Nairo Alexander MOV 04'20"
3. ESP RODRIGUEZ OLIVER Joaquim KAT 05'04"
4. ESP CONTADOR VELASCO Alberto TST 06'27"
1. GBR FROOME Chris SKY 84h46'14"
2. COL QUINTANA ROJAS Nairo Alexander MOV 01'12"
3. ESP VALVERDE BELMONTE Alejandro MOV 05'25"
4. ITA NIBALI Vincenzo AST 08'36"
5. ESP CONTADOR VELASCO Alberto TCS 09'48" Contador lost 1'44 in total of the crash in stage 1 and and the TTT in stage 2 in 2011.He would have been 3rd without them. Also he was injured after the crash in stage 9 and tired from the Giro.He would definitely have won that one without the injury and crashes.
Also he was the best on the 8th stage of 2014 Tour de France. And he would have finished either 2nd or won that Tour without the crash.
Would would would. Contador is seemingly always at his best when he crashes out...

He wasn't clearly the 3rd strongest in the 2011 Tour, he struggled throughout that race and at no stage looked like a challenger

Personally thought some of the stages so far have been good enough racing wise but if we are talking about the GC then yes the race has been dull. I struggled to get enthused about the Tour in the lead up to the race as I think the Tour has just gotten to big and circus like, watching whats gone on has only confirmed that thinking.

Holy shit! With a little luck, Yates could even finish on the podium. I fear when Sky are done with Froome that Adam and Simon will unfortunately be their next experiments.
When Orica first signed them they received offers from Orica and Sky, if they weren't willing to go to Sky then, hopefully it means they aren't now.
Well Simon can't go to Sky if they stick to that rubbish Zero Tolerance Policy (yet they have Knaven on staff) and I think Adam wouldn't go there as this Tour alone would give him confidence that he can race for himself. I think he stays at OBE or at least go to a team where he would not be part of a mountain train.

I'm not sure that I agree. There are maybe one or two stages that have been at all memorable if you ask me (Froome on the descent leaps to mind), and the others are only memorable for the weird stuff that happened along the way (Ventoux, the 1km barrier falling). The sprinting has been pretty good, though even there the lack of diverse winners and the fact that Sagan is simply always going to win the green jersey takes away some of the excitement.
Mind you, I don't want people to think that I believe that the GC riders should attack more. I believe that they just simply aren't capable of it.
