The "Religion of Peace" strikes again
"And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief or unrest] is worse than killing...
but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone.
Quran Sura 2:191-193
And fight with them until there is no more fitna (disorder, unbelief) and religion is all for Allah"
Sura 8:39
There's over 100 like this, but I can't be bothered to copy them all

Now we don't know that definite yet but probably a terrorist attack and phrase it like that is wrong as it won't be a muslim attack. It is phrases like that being the reason it is getting worse.

Looking at the circumstances of the crime, it is clear that these people were targeted for celebrating their nationality and culture. Whoever did it clearly has a hate for their way of life, and that motive is very relevant.

Definitley, it was well planned, thankfully the grenades in the truck didn't go off or this could have been so much worse and it is already sickening enough.

you may as well say every muslim is a terrorist with that, generalisation is biggest problem on this planet. Without it people will get along much better. Not every muslim is accountable for an act of terror. If that was so why do they themselves suffer from attacks. ISIS hate everyone no matter on religion, if you aren't part of ISIS then they want to kill you.

As for guns, of course not mentioned by most of media is the fact that while gun ownership almost doubled in last 20 years, the homicide rate has also fallen 49%.

And this is just one part of reasons Obama and Democrats will be going absolutely nowhere. The amendment stood when there was far more violence, and it will stand now.
The Australians had problems with mass shootings as well, they took action, and the graph and statistic show that, the number of deaths have fallen drasticly. If this was implemented in the US, can you honestly say that gun related deaths wouldn't fall?
The problem is Australia didn't have the same per capita gun rates the US does, the US roughly has 112 guns per 100 people so we are looking at over than 300 million guns in circulation, Australia never came close to having the same per capita rates nor the gun culture that the US has. I'm not saying that the US shouldn't be implementing very tough gun laws but the Australian example won't fix the problem.

All religions are an ideology, Islam is no better or worse than the other made up fairy in the sky religions, the issue is the fringe extremist elements of any religion who feel the need use violence or intimidation.

All religions have nut cases, it's just the crazy Christians (at least over here) stick to peaceful protests rather than suicide bombing/shootings. IMO Muslims who take the Quean 100% as fact can not live a life that is "integrated with Western Culture". A poll came out recently that 51% of British Muslims think homosexuality should be illegal, not gay marriage, the act of same-sex relations. The whole goal of Islam is to unite the world in a Caliphate under its banner. It's either pay up, die, or convert under Sharia Law, which over 1/3 of British Mulaims want to inistitute in the UK. That's not exactly integration.
I'd also check out this poll https://www.thegat...e-bombing/

Lets assume you are right, so if it doesn't fix the problem 100% then we shouldn't do it? Personally i would rather do something, and decrease the number of victims, than do nothing at all, which is what is happening as of now. |

At some point people are going to be tired of holding hands, and wishing the best for the people who have lost loved ones, and when that happens, i'm going to be happy that i'm not a muslim.
When you have a fraction of your culture who keeps killing people in the most horrible of ways, and a big chunk of people who silently support them, it really is only a matter of time before some french guy loses it, and commits terror against a muslim institution. I hope not, but i fear that i'll be right. Maybe not today or tommorrow or in a year, but I think it's only a matter of time.
The hate is strong in the world today, and the number of people who hate are only growing. |

How many Muslims do you know personally? How many of those want to establish a caliphate with the Sharia law in your country?
The problem isn't religion. It's always the people.
Those scriptures were written in violent times. Of course there are parts in them that reflect that.
There have been incredibly violent, fanatic wars on infidels in the name of Christianity, too. Imagine if the crusaders had had bombs.
The most unstable regions in this country are currently mostly in Muslim countries. The people violently struggling for power use any tool they have for making people following them, and religion is possibly the strongest. But those countries have been Muslim countries long before they were violent ones.
I imagine it is tough to break out if you've been indoctrinated with hatred all your life. Some people do, many don't. But just as there are lots of people preaching hatred in the name of Islam, there are more Muslim families who raise their kids to be kind and peaceful human beings. Maybe that should make you think if there could be another reason for all this.
It's not the religion. It's always the people.
